Claims (14)
- 하우징(2); 및만곡된 프로파일(4)과 미리 정해진 길이(5)를 갖는 복수의 층(3)을 포함하고,상기 복수의 층(3)은 통로 단면(8)을 갖는 다수의 통로(7)를 형성하도록 적어도 하나의 적어도 일부가 구조화된 금속 포일(6)을 포함하며,상기 층(3)의 대다수는 서로 다른 길이(5)를 갖도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통로(7)의 적어도 95%는 상기 통로 단면(8)이 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속 포일(6)의 대다수는 서로 다른 길이(5)를 갖도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 층은 상기 하우징(2)과 함께 터치 포인트(10)를 형성하며,인접하는 터치 포인트(10)의 거리(11)는 상기 터치 포인트(10)의 적어도 일부에서 동일하지 않도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 포일(6)은 서로 접촉 위치(12)를 형성하고 하우징(2)과 접촉 위치를 형성하며, 상기 접촉 위치(12)는 함께 전체 접촉 영역(13)을 결정하고, 많아야 상기 전체 접촉 영역(13)의 50%에 형성된 접착 연결부(14)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1).
- a) 각 경우에 통로 단면(8)을 갖는 다수의 통로(7)를 형성하도록 적어도 일부의 구조화된 적어도 하나의 금속 포일(6)을 포함하는 미리 정해진 길이(5)의 층(3)을 형성하는 단계;b) 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 형성하도록 서로의 위에 상기 복수의 층(3)의 적어도 일부를 적층(stacking)하는 단계;c) 상기 층(3)의 만곡된 프로파일(4)을 생성하도록 상기 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 변형하는 단계; 및d) 하우징(2)에 상기 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 배열하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 층(3)의 대다수는 서로 다른 길이(5)를 갖도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 b)는 상기 스택(15)의 상기 복수의 층(3)이 서로에 대해 오프셋(offset)되게 배열되도록 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 복수의 층(3)은 적어도 상기 단계 a) 또는 b) 동안 자기적으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 c)는 적어도 두 단계로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 폴딩(folding)하는 단계;서로에 대해 복수의 스택(15)을 정렬하는 단계;복수의 스택(15)을 얽히게 하는 단계; 및제1 범위(17)까지 제1 도구(16)를 사용하여 상기 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 변형하고, 다른 적어도 하나의 제2 도구(18)를 사용하여 적어도 하나의 스택(15)을 변형하는 단계 중 적어도 하나를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계 c)는 직경(20)을 갖는 실린더 허니콤 구조(19)를 형성하는데 사용되며,상기 허니콤 구조(19)는 하우징(2)에 배열되기 전후에 많아야 5%의 직경(20)이 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그 원주(21)까지 상기 허니콤 몸체(1)의 변형이 수행되는 단계 e)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제6항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,국지적으로 범위가 한정된 접착 연결부(14)가 적어도 금속 포일(6) 사이 또는 적어도 금속 포일(6)과 하우징(2) 사이에 생성되며,영역(22)이 상기 허니콤 몸체(2)의 다양한 평면(23)에 다르게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체(1)를 제조하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 허니콤 몸체 또는 제6항 내지 제13항의 공정에 의해 제조된 허니콤 몸체(1)를 자동차(25)의 배기 시스템(24)과 결합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 몸체.
