Claims (18)
- (i) 일반식 (I)[화학식 21](식 중, R1 은 수소 원자, 저급 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴을 나타내고, X1 은 염소 원자, 브롬 원자, 요오드 원자 또는 트리플루오로메탄술포닐옥시를 나타내며, n 은 0∼4 의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 화합물을, 할로겐화하여, 일반식 (Ⅱ)[화학식 22](식 중, R1, X1 및 n 은 각각 상기와 동일한 의미이며, X2 는 염소 원자, 브롬 원자 또는 요오드 원자를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 화합물을 얻는 공정, (ⅱ) 일반식 (Ⅱ) 로 표시되는 화합물을 일반식 (Ⅲ)[화학식 23](식 중, R2 는 히드록시, 저급 알콕시, 아미노, 저급 알킬 아미노, 디저급 알킬 아미노, 카르복시, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 방향족 복소환기 및 지방족 복소환기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 저급 알킬, 또는 히드록시, 저급 알콕시, 아미노, 저급 알킬 아미노, 디저급 알킬 아미노, 카르복시, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐, 옥소, 아릴, 방향족 복소환기 및 지방족 복소환기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 시클로알킬을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 알킨 화합물과의 커플링 반응에 제공하여, 일반식 (Ⅳ)[화학식 24](식 중, R1, R2, X1 및 n 은 각각 상기와 동일한 의미이다)로 표시되는 화합물을 얻는 공정, 및 (ⅲ) 일반식 (Ⅳ) 로 표시되는 화합물을 분자 내 고리화 반응에 제공하는 공정을 포함하는 일반식 (V)[화학식 25](식 중, R1, R2 및 n 은 각각 상기와 동일한 의미이다)로 표시되는 11-알킬리덴디벤즈[b,e]옥세핀 유도체 또는 그 염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,할로겐화가, 요오드와 황산은을 이용하는 요오드화이며, X2 가 요오드 원자인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,커플링 반응이, 디클로로비스(트리페닐포스핀)팔라듐 및 요오드화 구리의 존재 하에서 실시하는 반응인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,분자 내 고리화 반응이, 트리페닐포스핀, 트리(o-톨릴)포스핀, 트리(m-톨릴)포스핀, 트리(p-톨릴)포스핀 및 트리시클로헥실포스핀으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 포스핀 화합물 그리고 아세트산 팔라듐, 염화 팔라듐 및 팔라듐 탄소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 팔라듐 화합물의 존재 하에서 실시하는 반응인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,X1 이 염소 원자, 브롬 원자 또는 트리플루오로메탄술포닐옥시이며, X2 가 요오드 원자인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,X1 이 염소 원자이며, X2 가 브롬 원자 또는 요오드 원자인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,X1 이 브롬 원자이며, X2 가 요오드 원자인 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R2 가 저급 알킬, 히드록시 치환 저급 알킬, 아미노 치환 저급 알킬, 저급 알킬 아미노 치환 저급 알킬 또는 디저급 알킬 아미노 치환 저급 알킬인 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R2 가 히드록시 치환 저급 알킬 또는 디저급 알킬 아미노 치환 저급 알킬인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,n 이 0 또는 1 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R1 이 저급 알킬인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,X1 이 브롬 원자이며, X2 가 요오드 원자인 화합물 또는 그 염.
