Claims (4)
- 용접 솔리드 와이어로서,상기 솔리드 와이어는 강 합금제의 와이어 소선으로 이루어지고,C: 0.01 내지 0.12 질량%, Si: 0.20 내지 1.00 질량%, Mn: 1.00 내지 2.00 질량%, P: 0.007 내지 0.030 질량%, S: 0.025 질량% 이하, Cu: 0.30 내지 0.60 질량%, Cr: 0.50 내지 0.80 질량%, Al: 0.020 질량% 이하, Ti: 0.05 내지 0.17 질량%, Mo: 0.10 질량% 이하, N: 0.0090 질량% 이하, 및 O: 0.0150 질량% 이하를 함유하며,C의 함유량을 C, P의 함유량을 P로 했을 때, C×P×104로 계산되는 계수가 22 이하인용접 솔리드 와이어.
- 용접 솔리드 와이어로서,상기 솔리드 와이어는 강 합금제의 와이어 소선의 표면에 Cu 도금층이 마련되고,C: 0.01 내지 0.12 질량%, Si: 0.20 내지 1.00 질량%, Mn: 1.00 내지 2.00 질량%, P: 0.007 내지 0.030 질량%, S: 0.025 질량% 이하, Cu: 0.30 내지 0.60 질량%, Cr: 0.50 내지 0.80 질량%, Al: 0.020 질량% 이하, Ti: 0.05 내지 0.17 질량%, Mo: 0.10 질량% 이하, N: 0.0090 질량% 이하, 및 O: 0.0150 질량% 이하를 함유하며,상기 Cu 도금층의 Cu 함유량이 0.25 질량% 이하이고,C의 함유량을 C, P의 함유량을 P로 했을 때, C×P×104로 계산되는 계수가 22 이하인용접 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서추가로 Ni: 0.05 내지 0.80 질량%, B: 0.0005 내지 0.0030 질량%, K: 0.5 내지 20ppm 중 적어도 1종을 함유하는용접 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 용접 솔리드 와이어를 사용하여 가스 실드 아크 용접을 하는 방법으로서,실드 가스로서, Ar: 75 내지 95 체적%이고 잔부 CO2, Ar: 90 내지 98 체적%이고 잔부 O2, 및 Ar: 75 내지 95 체적%이고 잔부 CO2+O2 중 어느 1종인 혼합 가스를 사용하여, 내후성 강끼리, 또는 내후성 강과 탄소 강을 가스 실드 아크 용접하는가스 실드 아크 용접 방법.
