Claims (4)
- 강제 외피에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어지는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어로서,강제 외피 및 플럭스로 이루어지는 와이어 전체에서, 와이어 전체 질량에 대하여,BaF2: 1.0 내지 5.0질량%,Al: 0.3 내지 3.0질량%,C: 0.04 내지 0.15질량%,N: 0.005 내지 0.040질량%,Cr: 1.0 내지 2.7질량%,Mo: 0.4 내지 1.3질량%,Si: 0.05 내지 0.5질량%,Mn: 0.5 내지 1.5질량%, 및Fe: 85 내지 95질량%를 함유하고,Ni: 0.1질량% 이하로 규제하는,가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,와이어 전체 질량에 대하여 플럭스 중에 Mg를 0.1 내지 0.5질량% 함유하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,와이어 전체 질량에 대하여 플럭스 중에 철 산화물(FeO 환산), Mn 산화물(MnO 환산), Zr 산화물(ZrO2 환산) 및 Mg 산화물(MgO 환산)을 총계로 0.5 내지 2.5질량% 함유하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Al, C 및 N의 함유량을 각각 [Al], [C], [N]이라 하면,3.0≤[Al]/([C]+[N])≤15.0의 관계를 만족하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 함유 와이어.
