Claims (2)
- 용융한 마그네슘계 금속을 한쌍 이상의 제 1 롤 사이에 공급하고, 소정 두께의 판재로 주조하는 주조 공정, 및상기 주조된 판재를 한쌍 이상의 제 2 롤에 의해 압력을 가하고, 압연하여 소정 두께의 마그네슘계 금속 박판을 제조하는 압연 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속 박판의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 주조 공정 직전의 용융 마그네슘계 금속은 상기 마그네슘계 금속에서 고상이 차지하는 비율이 10중량% 이하가 되는 온도 내지 상기 마그네슘계 금속의 용융 온도보다 40℃ 높은 온도 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속 박판의 제조방법.
- 용융한 마그네슘계 금속을 상기 마그네슘계 금속에서 고상이 차지하는 비율이 10중량% 이하가 되는 온도 내지 상기 마그네슘계 금속의 용융 온도보다 40℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 한쌍 이상의 제 1 롤 사이에 공급하여 압력을 가하고, 소정 온도로 응고된 판재로 주조하기 위한 주조 롤부, 및상기 주조된 판재에 한쌍 이상의 제 2 롤에 의해 압력을 가하고, 압연하여 소정 두께의 마그네슘계 금속 박판을 제조하기 위한 압연 롤부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속 박판의 제조장치.
