Claims (6)
- 가요성 기어부재와 강성 기어부재를 가지는 파동 기어장치에 있어서,상기 가요성 기어부재의 결합부와 톱니부 사이에 마련되는 얇은 두께의 휨 부분에 그 가요성 기어부재보다 탄성 계수가 낮은 재료를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성 계수가 낮은 재료는,상기 얇은 두께의 휨 부분의 상기 톱니부의 톱니면 쪽 또는 톱니면 반대쪽 중 어느 한쪽에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2하에 있어서,상기 얇은 두께의 휨 부분은, 원통부와 그 원통부에 이어지는 다이아프램부를 가지고, 상기 탄성 계수가 낮은 재료를 상기 원통부와 상기 다이아프램부 중 적어도 한쪽에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탄성 계수가 낮은 재료는,상기 가요성 기어부재의 상기 원통부 및 상기 다이아프램부에 발생하는 진동 의 최대 진폭점 근방에 다른 부분보다 많이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 최대 진폭점은,상기 가요성 기어부재의 상기 원통부 및 상기 다이아프램부에 발생하는 1차 굽힘 진동의 파복부인 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
- 가요성 기어부재와 강성 기어부재를 가지는 파동 기어장치에 있어서,가요성 기어부재의 결합부와 톱니부 사이에 마련되는 얇은 두께의 휨 부분에 흡음성 재료를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파동 기어장치.
