Claims (4)
- 조성식 (Pb(a-b)Meb){(Ni(1-c)/3Znc /3Nb2d /3)zTixZr(1-x-z)}O3로 표시되며, 상기 Me는 Ba, Sr, Ca에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소임과 아울러, 상기 a, b, d, x는 각각0.975≤a≤0.9980≤b≤0.051<d≤1.30.39≤x≤0.47이고,상기 c 및 z는 zc평면에서,점 A(z=0.25, c=0.1),점 B(z=0.25, c=0.85),점 C(z=0.1, c=0.6),점 D(z=0.075, c=0.5),점 E(z=0.05, c=0.2),점 F(z=0.05, c=0.1)를 잇는 직선으로 둘러싸인 영역의 내부 또는 선상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 압전 자기 조성물로 이루어지는 세라믹 소체를 갖는 것을 특 징으로 하는 압전 액츄에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 소체에 내부전극이 매설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액츄에이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 Ag를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액츄에이터.
