Claims (8)
- a) 차량(1)의 내장형 유닛에 의한 제1 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 요청 신호(10)의 전송;b) 상기 요청 신호(10)의 수신에 대한 응답으로, 차량(1)에 비하여 이동성인 식별 장치(2)에 의한 제2 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 존재 신호(20)의 전송;c) 이러한 임의 요청 신호가 예상되는 시간 간격 이내에 상기 요청 신호(10)가 수신되지 않은 경우, 식별 장치(2)에 의한 제3 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 잠금 신호(21)의 전송을 포함하는 상기 차량(1)의 출구들을 잠금/잠금 해제하기 위한 핸즈프리 방법으로서,d) 상기 요청 신호(10)의 주파수 도메인에서 상기 식별 장치에 의해 수신된 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기에 대한 상기 식별 장치(2)에 의한 한 차례 이상의 측정;e) 상기 예상된 요청 신호(10)가 수신되지 않은 경우 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기(12)가 임계값(S)보다 더 크다면, 잠금 신호(21)의 전송 금지, 즉 상기 방법의 단계 c)의 미완료를 더 포함하는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기(12)는 예상되는 요청 신호(10x)가 식별 장치(2)에 의해 수신되지 않은 동안의 시간 지연(δt) 만료시 측정되는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,임계값(S)과 비교되는 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기(12)는, 예상되는 요청 신호(10x)가 식별 장치(2)에 의해 수신되지 않은 동안의 시간 지연(δt)의 만료 이전에 수행되는 한 차례 이상의 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기에 대한 측정들로부터 추론되는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 식별 장치(2)는 잠금 신호(21)의 전송이 금지되는 경우 존재 신호(22)를 전송하는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,잠금 신호(21)가 금지되는 경우에 전송되는 존재 신호(22)는, 요청 신호(10x)가 수신되지 않고 요청 신호의 주파수 도메인에서 비정상적으로 높은 잡음 레벨이 있는 경우 존재 신호(22)가 전송되는 사실에 대한 지시 특성을 포함하는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,잠금 신호(21)의 전송이 금지되는 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 세기(12)에 대한 임계값(S)은 차량(1)의 내장형 유닛에 의해 전송된 신호들의 콘텐트에 따라 좌우되는,핸즈프리 방법.
- 차량(1)의 출구들을 잠금/잠금 해제하기 위한 핸즈프리 장치로서,- 주기적 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 요청 신호(10)를 전송하기에 적합한 차량(1)의 내장형 유닛;- 요청 신호를 수신하기에 적합하고 요청 신호(10)의 수신에 대한 응답으로 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 존재 신호(20)를 전송하기에 적합하고 식별 장치(2)가 요청 신호들(10) 수신 중지시 하나 이상의 무선 주파수 신호, 소위 잠금 신호(21)를 전송하기에 적합한, 차량에 비하여 이동성인 하나 이상의 식별 장치(2)를 포함하고,상기 이동성 식별 장치(2)는,- 요청 신호들의 주파수 도메인에서 무선 주파수 필드(B)를 측정하기 위한 수단,- 상기 측정된 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 값(12)과 임계값(S)을 비교하기 위한 수단, 및- 예상된 요청 신호(10)가 수신되지 않은 경우, 상기 측정된 무선 주파수 필드의 상기 값이 상기 임계값(S)보다 더 크다면 잠금 신호(21)의 전송을 금지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는,핸즈프리 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 식별 장치(2)는 예전 측정들에 기초하여, 소정의 순간에 무선 주파수 필드(B)의 값(12)을 계산하기 위한 수단을 포함하는,핸즈프리 장치.
