Claims (5)
- (S1) 세제 성분들을 혼합하여 입자를 제조하는 단계; 및(S2) 상기 혼합된 세제 성분 입자를 회전시킴과 동시에 튜브를 통과하는 스팀의 열을 이용하여 건조시키는 단계;를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 제조방법.
- 수용성 성분으로만 이루어진 세제 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(S1) 세제 성분들을 혼합하여 입자를 제조하는 단계; 및(S2) 상기 혼합된 세제 성분 입자를 회전시킴과 동시에 튜브를 통과하는 스팀의 열을 이용하여 건조시키는 단계;를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (S2) 단계는 회전식 스팀 튜브 건조기(rotary steam tube dryer)를 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전식 스팀 튜브 건조기는 직경이 1 내지 5 m이고, 길이가 3 내지 30 m이며, 건조기 내부 나선형 홈 간격이 10 내지 30 cm이고, 그 스팀압력은 1 내지 20 Bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (S1) 단계는 혼합조 내부에 교반날개가 장착된 교반축을 갖는 고속믹서를 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 제조방법.
