Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保洗衣液,所述环保洗衣液由以下质量份数的成分组成:烷基苯磺酸钠11—17份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3—8份,碳酸钠4—9份,硅酸钠4—9份,聚丙烯酸1—5份,甘油2—7份,硼砂2—7份,氯化钙1—5份,茉莉花香精1—5份,水77—85份。本产品与传统洗衣液相比,不含磷利于环保、对衣物无腐蚀,对人体皮肤无刺激,所含原料对钙镁等金属离子有较强的络合能力,可软化硬水,显著提高产品的洗涤效果和去污力,使用本品后,衣服表面在留香持久的同时,可长时间抑制细菌的再生。

本发明涉及化工产品生产领域,具体是一种环保洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液作为一种家庭常用洗涤用品,越来越受到人们的喜爱。相比传统洗涤用品,如肥皂、洗衣粉之类,洗衣液的技术含量更高,去污效果液更好,同时其所含的各种有效成分,使衣物在洗涤后变得蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,并可具备除菌和持久留香的功效。人们越来越愿意将洗衣液作为家庭常备洗涤用品的同时,希望有一种低污染,利于环保的洗衣液问世,从而解决洁净衣服后产生的化学试剂和环境污染之间的矛盾。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种环保洗衣液。本产品与传统洗衣液相比,不含磷利于环保、对衣物无腐蚀,对人体皮肤无刺激,所含原料对钙镁等金属离子有较强的络合能力,可软化硬水,显著提高产品的洗涤效果和去污力,使用本品后,衣服表面在留香持久的同时,可长时间抑制细菌的再生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种环保洗衣液,所述环保洗衣液由以下质量份数的成分组成:烷基苯磺酸钠11—17份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3—8份,碳酸钠4—9份,硅酸钠4—9份,聚丙烯酸1—5份,甘油2—7份,硼砂2—7份,氯化钙1—5份,茉莉花香精1—5份,水77—85份。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述方法步骤如下:1)首先将反应釜中的水加热至88—110℃,并保持温度不低于88℃,将烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和碳酸钠置入水中,以320—370r/min的转速搅拌6—11min,使其完全溶解,随后将液体降至40—45℃,静置混合液体30—38min后,继续向混合液内加入硅酸钠、聚丙烯酸、甘油和硼砂,并以450—480r/min的转速搅拌4—8min,最后将氯化钙和茉莉花香精倒入混合液中,继续搅拌直至所有原料完全混合,即可过滤除渣,罐装销售。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)整个技术方案操作简单可靠,成本较低,有利于企业降低生产成本;2)本产品与传统洗衣液相比,不含磷利于环保、对衣物无腐蚀,对人体皮肤无刺激,所含原料对钙镁等金属离子有较强的络合能力,可软化硬水,显著提高产品的洗涤效果和去污力,使用本品后,衣服表面在留香持久的同时,可长时间抑制细菌的再生。
