本发明涉及日化用品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉的制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣粉是合成洗涤剂中的一种,其种类繁多,因其性能优良,使用方便,价格低廉,深受广大群众的喜爱,洗衣粉应用范围及其广泛,广泛应用与各行各业,由于洗衣粉的配方各不相同,其内部的配方配比也不尽相同,但是就目前而言,洗衣粉的主要区别在于其内部各组分之间的分量配比,其本身的区别也仅在于去污能力的强弱能力而已;
客衣粉,顾名思义,是应用于洗衣工厂及洗衣店的洗衣粉,适合大批量的衣服使用,但是在一些大型洗衣工厂中,由于收集的衣物其应用的区域不同,必须分开洗涤,预防感染,但是其使用的客衣粉应用的是同一种产品,因此实际使用时,不能根据不同衣物的需求进行针对性的处理,得不到有效的处理,特别是餐饮酒店中的工装,这些工装一般都是统一处理,统一清洗的,但是由于此类衣物其本身含有大量的重油污渍,因此采用日常普通的客衣粉并不能及时,彻底的进行污渍清洗,因此在实际的使用中,效果并不明显,因此研究出具有对餐饮工服专用的客衣粉是目前研究的重要课题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,制备工艺简单,除污效果显著明显的餐饮工服专用客衣粉的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠10-20份、十二烷基碳酸钠10-20份、硅酸钠1-3份、苯甲酸钠1-3份、柠檬酸2-4份、甘油2-4份、乙二醇2-4份、山梨醇6-8份、石碳酸5-7份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-3份、淀粉6-8份、香精2-4份、钾明矾1-3份、分解酶制剂2-4份、促进剂2-4份;
各原料的优选份量为:
十二烷基硫酸钠15份、十二烷基碳酸钠15份、硅酸钠2份、苯甲酸钠2份、柠檬酸3份、甘油3份、乙二醇3份、山梨醇7份、石碳酸6份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2份、淀粉7份、香精3份、钾明矾2份、分解酶制剂3份、促进剂3份;
所述的分解酶制剂为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、按照重量份1:1:1:1的量进行复配制成;
所述的促进剂为硫酸、盐酸、酒石酸、草酸、醋酸、植酸、硫酸氢、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者多种的任意组分配比而成;
制备餐饮工服专用客衣粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基碳酸钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠、石碳酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和钾明矾进行预先粉碎至颗粒细度为200-300目后,进行充分混合均匀后,得到主粉,备用;
2)将原料中的柠檬酸、甘油、乙二醇和山梨醇加入一搅拌罐中,然后将淀粉加入其中,然后升温至60-65℃后,搅拌20-30min后,取出,得到料膏,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的物料混合后,加入搅拌罐中,开启搅拌的同时,加热至60-65℃后,然后将原料中的分解酶制剂加入其中,降温至25-30℃,保温10-15min;
4)待上述步骤3处理结束后,将罐中温度升温至60-65℃,然后将原料中的促进剂加入其中,搅拌均匀后,降温至20-25℃,保温20-35min后,将原料中的香精加入其中,搅拌均匀后出料,烘干磨粉后,即可得到本品。
本客衣粉在进行使用时,首先将本品采用水进行溶解后,与脏衣物混合后,采用温度为25-30℃的温水进行搓洗即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,原料廉价易得,制备方法简单,通过针对性的对于餐饮工服进行设计合理的客衣粉,可以可实现将用于餐饮酒店行业中的工服污渍进行彻底的清除,且清除效果显著,快捷简单,便于推广及使用。

实施例1
称取:十二烷基硫酸钠10kg、十二烷基碳酸钠10kg、硅酸钠1kg、苯甲酸钠1kg、柠檬酸2kg、甘油2kg、乙二醇2kg、山梨醇6kg、石碳酸5kg、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1kg、淀粉6kg、香精2kg、钾明矾1kg、分解酶制剂2kg、促进剂2kg。
实施例2:
称取:十二烷基硫酸钠15kg、十二烷基碳酸钠15kg、硅酸钠2kg、苯甲酸钠2kg、柠檬酸3kg、甘油3kg、乙二醇3kg、山梨醇7kg、石碳酸6kg、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2kg、淀粉7kg、香精3kg、钾明矾2kg、分解酶制剂3kg、促进剂3kg。
制备上述实施例1或2的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基碳酸钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠、石碳酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和钾明矾进行预先粉碎至颗粒细度为200-300目后,进行充分混合均匀后,得到主粉,备用;
2)将原料中的柠檬酸、甘油、乙二醇和山梨醇加入一搅拌罐中,然后将淀粉加入其中,然后升温至60-65℃后,搅拌20-30min后,取出,得到料膏,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的物料混合后,加入搅拌罐中,开启搅拌的同时,加热至60-65℃后,然后将原料中的分解酶制剂加入其中,降温至25-30℃,保温10-15min;
4)待上述步骤3处理结束后,将罐中温度升温至60-65℃,然后将原料中的促进剂加入其中,搅拌均匀后,降温至20-25℃,保温20-35min后,将原料中的香精加入其中,搅拌均匀后出料,烘干磨粉后,即可得到本品。
本客衣粉在进行使用时,首先将本品采用水进行溶解后,与脏衣物混合后,采用温度为25-30℃的温水进行搓洗即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉,其特征在于:各原料的优选重量份为:十二烷基硫酸钠15份、十二烷基碳酸钠15份、硅酸钠2份、苯甲酸钠2份、柠檬酸3份、甘油3份、乙二醇3份、山梨醇7份、石碳酸6份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2份、淀粉7份、香精3份、钾明矾2份、分解酶制剂3份、促进剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉,其特征在于:所述的分解酶制剂为碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、按照重量份1:1:1:1的量进行复配制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉,其特征在于:所述的促进剂为硫酸、盐酸、酒石酸、草酸、醋酸、植酸、硫酸氢、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者多种的任意组分配比而成。
5.制备权利要求1或2任意一种餐饮工服专用客衣粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基碳酸钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠、石碳酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和钾明矾进行预先粉碎至颗粒细度为200-300目后,进行充分混合均匀后,得到主粉,备用;
2)将原料中的柠檬酸、甘油、乙二醇和山梨醇加入一搅拌罐中,然后将淀粉加入其中,然后升温至60-65℃后,搅拌20-30min后,取出,得到料膏,备用;
3)将步骤1和步骤2中的物料混合后,加入搅拌罐中,开启搅拌的同时,加热至60-65℃后,然后将原料中的分解酶制剂加入其中,降温至25-30℃,保温10-15min;
4)待上述步骤3处理结束后,将罐中温度升温至60-65℃,然后将原料中的促进剂加入其中,搅拌均匀后,降温至20-25℃,保温20-35min后,将原料中的香精加入其中,搅拌均匀后出料,烘干磨粉后,即可得到本品。
