Abstract
本发明涉及一种衣领净手洗液的配制方法,生活中夏天,男同志们经常穿着的浅色衬衣,因为老出汗的原因,领口特别难洗,时间长了就会发黄变色,本发明是以丹皮酚、苯二酚、根皮素、茶皂素、大皂荚、山金车提取液、聚丙烯酸钠、芳樟油、AES、益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有迅速渗透到衣领的纤维深处,有效去除残留在纤维内部的污渍,继而在漂洗时脱离织物而被去除,快速瓦解污渍,不用揉搓,快速去重污。

本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种衣领净手洗液配制方法。
背景技术
生活中,经常发现,衬衣领子和袖口极易沾污,并且很难清洗干净,尤其是夏天,男同志们经常穿着的浅色衬衣,因为老出汗的原因,领口特别难洗,时间长了就会发黄变色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种迅速渗透到衣领的纤维深处,有效去除残留在纤维内部的污渍,继而在漂洗时脱离织物而被去除的衣领净手洗液配制方法。
本发明的衣领净手洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由丹皮酚、苯二酚、根皮素、茶皂素、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、聚丙烯酸钠、芳樟油、AES、 益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚0.6-1% 苯二酚 0.9-1.1% 根皮素 0.8-1.2%
茶皂素 1.2-1.6% 大皂荚1.5-1.8% 山金车提取液 1.3-1.7%
聚丙烯酸钠1.4-1.5% 芳樟油1.2-1.4% AES 5.1-7.1%
益生菌群 3.2-3.9% 磷酸酯钠1.5-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.4-1.9%
柠檬酸 0.8-1% 氨基酸1.7-2% 椰油酰谷氨酸钠 1.5-2%
多库酯钠1.5-1.7% 酵素 2.5-3% 醋酸 2.5-3.1%
香 2.4-2.9% 水59-67.8%
b、配制工艺:
本发明衣领净手洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苯二酚、根皮素、茶皂素高速搅拌26.7分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、聚丙烯酸钠、芳樟油 、AES、 益生菌群、磷酸酯钠,加热恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌7.7小时后,将容器恒温在30.9°C密封发酵25.7小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.7小时,快速瓦解污渍,不用揉搓,快速去重污,然后恒温在30.9°C容器内静置18.7小时即为成品。
有益效果:
迅速渗透到衣领的纤维深处,有效去除残留在纤维内部的污渍,继而在漂洗时脱离织物而被去除,快速瓦解污渍,不用揉搓,快速去重污。
具体实施方式

1.一种衣领净手洗液的配制方法,是以丹皮酚、苯二酚、根皮素、茶皂素、大皂荚、山金车提取液、聚丙烯酸钠、芳樟油、AES、益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚0.6-1% 苯二酚 0.9-1.1% 根皮素 0.8-1.2%
茶皂素 1.2-1.6% 大皂荚1.5-1.8% 山金车提取液 1.3-1.7%
聚丙烯酸钠1.4-1.5% 芳樟油1.2-1.4% AES 5.1-7.1%
益生菌群 3.2-3.9% 磷酸酯钠1.5-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.4-1.9%
柠檬酸 0.8-1% 氨基酸1.7-2% 椰油酰谷氨酸钠 1.5-2%
多库酯钠1.5-1.7% 酵素 2.5-3% 醋酸 2.5-3.1%

b、配制工艺:
