本发明涉及一种桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液的配制方法,使用皂片或洗衣粉容易出现皂渍或褪色发花,本发明是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬烯、AES、益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚、烷基糖苷、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它特效中性洗衣液,性质温和,不伤皮肤,溶解迅速,使用方便,强力去污,泡沫适中,易于漂洗,同时添加高效衣物柔顺整理成分,防止缩水,具有优良的抗静电和织物整理功能,洗后织物蓬松,柔软,颜色亮泽。

本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液配制方法。
背景技术
桑蚕丝耐碱性差,沾上汗液应及时洗涤,桑蚕丝具有天然光泽,应选用中性洗涤剂,使用皂片或洗衣粉容易出现皂渍或褪色发花,桑蚕丝的洗涤应在冷水或微温水中进行,不要长时间浸泡,要随浸随洗,尽量缩短洗涤时间,不能用洗衣粉,皂之类的清洁方法,要用洗桑蚕丝织物专门用的清洁剂,桑蚕丝的主要成分是蛋白质,用洗衣粉、皂、它们都会破坏蛋白质,桑蚕丝织物就会变的又硬又黄。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种添加高效衣物柔顺整理成分,防止缩水,具有优良的抗静电和织物整理功能,洗后织物蓬松,柔软,颜色亮泽的桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液配制方法。
本发明的桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬烯、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚 1.3-1.4% 树莓苷 1.6-1.7% 烟酰胺 1.5-1.6%
壬二酸 0.6-0.7% 大皂荚 0.5-0.6% 山金车提取液 1.4-1.5%
羟丙甲基纤维素 0.8-0.9% 柠檬烯 0.5-0.7% AES 5.8-7.8%
益生菌群 3.9-4.7% 乳化剂 1.4-1.5% 侧柏提取液 1.1-1.2%
柠檬酸 1.3-1.5% 乙基醚 0.6-0.9% 烷基糖苷 2.1-3.1%
芦荟苷 1.3-1.4% 酵素 3.1-3.6% 醋酸 1-1.6%
香 0.9-1.5% 水 62.1-69.3%
b、配制工艺:
本发明桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌28.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬烯 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在31.9°C均质搅拌9.5小时后,将容器恒温在31.8°C密封发酵27.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌9.5小时,洗后织物蓬松,柔软,颜色亮泽,然后恒温在31.8°C容器内静置20.5小时即为成品。
有益效果:
特效中性洗衣液,性质温和,不伤皮肤,溶解迅速,使用方便,强力去污,泡沫适中,易于漂洗,同时添加高效衣物柔顺整理成分,防止缩水,具有优良的抗静电和织物整理功能,洗后织物蓬松,柔软,颜色亮泽。
具体实施方式:
本发明的桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,丹皮酚 1.3-1.4%、树莓苷 1.6-1.7%、烟酰胺 1.5-1.6%、壬二酸 0.6-0.7%、大皂荚0.5-0.6%、山金车提取液1.4-1.5%、羟丙甲基纤维素0.8-0.9%、柠檬烯0.5-0.7%、AES 5.8-7.8%、益生菌群 3.9-4.7%、乳化剂 1.4-1.5%、侧柏提取液 1.1-1.2%、柠檬酸 1.3-1.5%、乙基醚 0.6-0.9%、烷基糖苷 2.1-3.1%、 芦荟苷1.3-1.4%、酵素 3.1-3.6%、醋酸 1-1.6%、香 0.9-1.5%、水62.1-69.3%,将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸高速搅拌28.5分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬烯 、AES、 益生菌群、乳化剂,加热恒温在31.9°C均质搅拌9.5小时后,将容器恒温在31.8°C密封发酵27.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚 、烷基糖苷 、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌9.5小时,洗后织物蓬松,柔软,颜色亮泽,然后恒温在31.8°C容器内静置20.5小时即为成品。

1.一种桑蚕丝防缩护色洗液的配制方法,是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、烟酰胺、壬二酸、大皂荚、山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬烯、AES、益生菌群、乳化剂、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、乙基醚、烷基糖苷、芦荟苷、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

丹皮酚 1.3-1.4% 树莓苷 1.6-1.7% 烟酰胺 1.5-1.6%
壬二酸 0.6-0.7% 大皂荚 0.5-0.6% 山金车提取液 1.4-1.5%
羟丙甲基纤维素 0.8-0.9% 柠檬烯 0.5-0.7% AES 5.8-7.8%
益生菌群 3.9-4.7% 乳化剂 1.4-1.5% 侧柏提取液 1.1-1.2%
柠檬酸 1.3-1.5% 乙基醚 0.6-0.9% 烷基糖苷 2.1-3.1%
芦荟苷 1.3-1.4% 酵素 3.1-3.6% 醋酸 1-1.6%
香 0.9-1.5% 水 62.1-69.3%
b、配制工艺:
