技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有保健功效的涤纶面料及其染色方法。
背景技术
随着人类环保意识的不断增强以及对自身健康的日益关注,部分合成染料对人类健康和生态环境所产生的危害愈来愈引人注目。现有的研究结果已经表明,有二十三种致癌芳香胺、一百多只合成染料有可能产生致癌物质,二十多只合成染料对皮肤产生过敏。因此,合成染料及其染色的纺织品使消费者心存疑虑。不仅如此,随着地球上油资源的不断消耗,合成染料的原料问题已日趋紧张。
天然染料是指从植物的根、叶、树皮、树干、果壳、花或动物分泌物、矿物质中提取而来,制备过程不会造成环境污染;染色后织物穿着安全,不像有些合成染料纺织品那样有致癌、致畸作用或引起过敏反应,而且天然染料与生态环境相容性好,可生物降解;除染色功能外,部分天然染料还具有药物保健功能。
但是现有的涤纶面料染色工艺较为落后,染色原料中一般都含有有致癌成分,不仅染色出的成品质量较差,同时成品对人体的健康具有一定的威胁性。
发明内容

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中涤纶面料染色工艺较为落后,染色原料中一般都含有有致癌成分,不仅染色出的成品质量较差,同时成品对人体的健康具有一定威胁性的问题,而提出的一种具有保健功效的涤纶面料及其染色方法。
2.技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明提出一种具有保健功效的涤纶面料,包括涤纶长丝纤维、涤纶丝纤维、涤纶弹力丝纤维,各成分所占重量百分比为:涤纶长丝纤维占25%-28%,涤纶丝纤维占21%-24%,所述涤纶弹力丝纤维占48%-54%。
优选地,所述各成分所占重量百分比为:涤纶长丝纤维占30%-33%,涤纶丝纤维占21%-24%,所述涤纶弹力丝纤维占43%-49%。
优选地,所述各成分所占重量百分比为:涤纶长丝纤维占20%-23%,涤纶丝纤维占26%-29%,所述涤纶弹力丝纤维占43%-49%。
本发明还提出了一种具有保健功效涤纶面料的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,面料软化:先将纯碱和柔软剂倒入工业水洗机中,然后加水,使纯碱的浓度为10-20g/L,柔软剂的浓度为0.4-0.7g/L,再将涤纶面料投入工业水洗机中,浴比为1:35,在室温下搅拌16-20min;
步骤2,面料染色:先将植物染料和PH缓冲剂倒入工业水洗机中,然后再常温下搅拌均匀,并将体系pH值调为7.5-8.5,然后再加入3%-6%的媒染剂和砂石,将温度升高温倒60-70℃继续搅拌30-40min;
步骤3,面料PH值中和:先将面料取出,然后将面料放入pH值为5-7.8的酸性溶液中浸泡25-30min;
步骤4,面料烘干:按常规方法对面料进行烘干,然后熨烫整理。
优选地,所述步骤1中的柔软剂为三元共聚嵌段硅油。
优选地,所述步骤2中的植物染料为黄色系植物染料或红色系植物染料,所述黄色系植物染料为黄连、栀子或槐花,所述红色系植物染料为茜草、苏木或红花。
优选地,所述步骤1中,面料软化:先将纯碱和柔软剂倒入工业水洗机中,然后加水,使纯碱的浓度为5-15g/L,柔软剂的浓度为0.6-0.9g/L,再将涤纶面料投入工业水洗机中,浴比为1:40,在室温下搅拌16-20min。

相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:本发明中通过将天然植物染料作为染色剂的方式,使面料染色后制成的成品更加环保健康,对人体具有一定的保健作用,同时面料的制作工艺更加先进,提升了面料的制成质量。
