Abstract
本发明涉及一种去顽固污渍手洗液的配制方法,生活中,经常发现,衬衣领子和袖口极易沾污,在生病或酒醉时也常产生呕吐、衣物上沾染的香烟油渍、毛料衣物上沾的沥青、不小心使蜡纸改正液染到了衣物上、衣物上的铁锈渍等,这些顽固污渍更难清洗,本发明是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、醋酸酯、茶皂素、大皂荚、山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、杉木油、AES、益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它具有超强的渗透,渗入纤维污垢间,瓦解多种油渍和特殊顽固污渍,使脏衣服更易洗净,无需用力搓刷。

技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种去顽固污渍手洗液配制方法。
背景技术
生活中,经常发现,衬衣领子和袖口极易沾污,并且很难清洗干净,尤其是油脂类污渍、呕吐常见于晕车(晕船、晕飞机),在生病或酒醉时也常产生呕吐、衣物上沾染的香烟油渍、毛料衣物上沾的沥青、不小心使蜡纸改正液染到了衣物上、衣物上的铁锈渍等,这些顽固污渍更难清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有超强的渗透,渗入纤维污垢间,瓦解多种油渍和特殊顽固污渍,使脏衣服更易洗净,无需用力搓刷的去顽固污渍手洗液配制方法。
本发明的去顽固污渍手洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由丹皮酚、树莓苷、醋酸酯、茶皂素、大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、杉木油、AES、 益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚0.8-1.2 树莓苷 1.1-1.3% 醋酸酯 1-1.4%
茶皂素 1.3-1.7% 大皂荚1.7-2% 山金车提取液 1.5-1.9%
羟丙甲基纤维素1.6-1.7% 杉木油1.4-1.6% AES 5.3-7.3%
益生菌群 3.4-4.1% 磷酸酯钠1-1.1% 侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3%
柠檬酸 1-1.2% 氨基酸1.3-2.2% 椰油酰谷氨酸钠 1-2%
多库酯钠1-1.1% 酵素 2.7-3.2% 醋酸 2.7-3.3%
香 2.6-3.1% 水58.5-67.2%
b、配制工艺:
本发明去顽固污渍手洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、醋酸酯、茶皂素高速搅拌26.9分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、杉木油 、AES、 益生菌群、磷酸酯钠,加热恒温在31.2°C均质搅拌7.9小时后,将容器恒温在31.2°C密封发酵25.9小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.9小时,无需用力搓刷,快速去除特殊顽固污渍,然后恒温在31.2°C容器内静置18.9小时即为成品。
有益效果:
具有超强的渗透,渗入纤维污垢间,瓦解多种油渍和特殊顽固污渍,使脏衣服更易洗净,无需用力搓刷。
具体实施方式
本发明的去顽固污渍手洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,丹皮酚0.8-1.2、树莓苷 1.1-1.3%、醋酸酯 1-1.4%、茶皂素 1.3-1.7%、大皂荚1.7-2%、山金车提取液 1.5-1.9% 、羟丙甲基纤维素1.6-1.7%、杉木油1.4-1.6%、AES 5.3-7.3%、益生菌群 3.4-4.1% 、磷酸酯钠1-1.1%、侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3% 、柠檬酸 1-1.2%、氨基酸1.3-2.2%、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 1-2% 、 多库酯钠1-1.1%、酵素 2.7-3.2%、醋酸 2.7-3.3%、香 2.6-3.1%、水58.5-67.2%,将具有抗菌除菌的丹皮酚加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入树莓苷、醋酸酯、茶皂素高速搅拌26.9分钟,并配以大皂荚、 山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、杉木油 、AES、 益生菌群、磷酸酯钠,加热恒温在31.2°C均质搅拌7.9小时后,将容器恒温在31.2°C密封发酵25.9小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.9小时,无需用力搓刷,快速去除特殊顽固污渍,然后恒温在31.2°C容器内静置18.9小时即为成品。

1.一种去顽固污渍手洗液的配制方法,是以丹皮酚、树莓苷、醋酸酯、茶皂素、大皂荚、山金车提取液、羟丙甲基纤维素、杉木油、AES、益生菌群、磷酸酯钠、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
丹皮酚0.8-1.2 树莓苷 1.1-1.3% 醋酸酯 1-1.4%
茶皂素 1.3-1.7% 大皂荚1.7-2% 山金车提取液 1.5-1.9%
羟丙甲基纤维素1.6-1.7% 杉木油1.4-1.6% AES 5.3-7.3%
益生菌群 3.4-4.1% 磷酸酯钠1-1.1% 侧柏提取液 1.2-1.3%
柠檬酸 1-1.2% 氨基酸1.3-2.2% 椰油酰谷氨酸钠 1-2%
多库酯钠1-1.1% 酵素 2.7-3.2% 醋酸 2.7-3.3%

b、配制工艺:
