本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种深层洁净机洗洗衣液配制方法。
背景技术
现在国内大部分的洗衣液都添加了荧光增白剂,荧光增白剂是一种含有苯胺和嗪基的多环化学物质,吸附在衣服上可以让洗后的衣物看起来更白更靓丽,但却很难漂洗去除,由于皮肤屏障较弱,荧光剂长时间停留在皮肤表面会通过毛孔进入体内,其中的苯胺和嗪基就容易引起皮肤过敏症状,用完后皮肤容易变得紧绷干涩,造成敏感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专为机洗推出,具有深层洁净,快速有效去除污渍,高浓度液态配方,用量更省更高效,低粘速溶的深层洁净机洗洗衣液配制方法。
本发明的深层洁净机洗洗衣液技术方案是这样实现,它由茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰子油脂肪酸、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、谷氨酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.5-1.8% 苦参提取物1.3-1.7% 野槐根提取物 1.2-1.3%
茶皂素 1.3-1.5% 天来可GL 1-1.3% 山金车提取液 1-1.6%
肉桂酸甲酯1.4-1.8% 葡萄籽油1.4-1.6% AES 4.8-6.6%
益生菌群 2.7-3.2% 丹皮酚1.4-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.5-2%
柠檬酸1.3-2.6% 氨基酸1-2.4% 椰子油脂肪酸 0.5-1.2%
特乙胺油酸酯1.2-1.8% 酵素1.8-2.5% 谷氨酸1.9-2.5%
香1.9-2.1% 水58.9-69.9%
b、配制工艺:
本发明深层洁净机洗洗衣液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌48分钟,并配以天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在31°C左右均质搅拌9小时后,将容器恒温在32°C左右密封发酵22.5小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰子油脂肪酸、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、谷氨酸、香高速搅拌3.6小时,温和安全,不伤手,自然芬芳,安全环保,然后恒温在32°C左右容器内静置21.5小时即为成品。

1.一种深层洁净机洗洗衣液的配制方法,是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰子油脂肪酸、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、谷氨酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.5-1.8% 苦参提取物1.3-1.7% 野槐根提取物 1.2-1.3%
茶皂素 1.3-1.5% 天来可GL 1-1.3% 山金车提取液 1-1.6%
肉桂酸甲酯1.4-1.8% 葡萄籽油1.4-1.6% AES 4.8-6.6%
益生菌群 2.7-3.2% 丹皮酚1.4-1.6% 侧柏提取液 1.5-2%
柠檬酸1.3-2.6% 氨基酸1-2.4% 椰子油脂肪酸 0.5-1.2%
特乙胺油酸酯1.2-1.8% 酵素1.8-2.5% 谷氨酸1.9-2.5%

b、配制工艺:
