Abstract
本发明涉及一种护衣护色机洗洗衣液的配制方法,现在国内大部分的洗衣液都添加了荧光增白剂,用完后皮肤容易变得紧绷干涩,造成敏感。本发明是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、天来可GL、山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰七叶树提取液、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、酒石酸、香、水混合配制而成,它专为机洗推出,有效祛除污渍,不含磷、铝等化学成分,安全环保,更护衣护色,保护衣物纤维,衣服柔软顺滑更舒适。

技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种护衣护色机洗洗衣液配制方法。
背景技术
现在国内大部分的洗衣液都添加了荧光增白剂,荧光增白剂是一种含有苯胺和嗪基的多环化学物质,吸附在衣服上可以让洗后的衣物看起来更白更靓丽,但却很难漂洗去除,由于皮肤屏障较弱,荧光剂长时间停留在皮肤表面会通过毛孔进入体内,其中的苯胺和嗪基就容易引起皮肤过敏症状,用完后皮肤容易变得紧绷干涩,造成敏感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种专为机洗推出,有效祛除污渍,不含磷、铝等化学成分,安全环保,更护衣护色,保护衣物纤维,衣服柔软顺滑更舒适的护衣护色机洗洗衣液配制方法。
本发明的护衣护色机洗洗衣液技术方案是这样实现,它由茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰七叶树提取液、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、酒石酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.4-1.9% 苦参提取物1.2-1.8% 野槐根提取物 1-1.4%
茶皂素 1.5-1.6% 天来可GL 1-1.5% 山金车提取液 1.3-1.7%
肉桂酸甲酯1.2-1.7% 葡萄籽油1.2-1.5% AES 4.8-6.7%
益生菌群 2.8-3.3% 丹皮酚1.2-1.3% 侧柏提取液 1.5-1.8%
柠檬酸1.4-2.7% 氨基酸1.5-2.5% 七叶树提取液 0.7-1.3%
特乙胺油酸酯1.3-1.9% 酵素1.9-2.6% 酒石酸2-2.4%
香1.7-2.2% 水58.2-69.4%
b、配制工艺:
本发明护衣护色机洗洗衣液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌53分钟,并配以天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在31°C左右均质搅拌9小时后,将容器恒温在33°C左右密封发酵23小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、七叶树提取液、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、酒石酸、香高速搅拌4小时,更护衣护色 ,保护衣物纤维,然后恒温在33°C左右容器内静置23小时即为成品。
有益效果:
专为机洗推出,有效祛除污渍, 不含磷、铝等化学成分,安全环保,更护衣护色 ,保护衣物纤维,衣服柔软顺滑更舒适。
具体实施方式
本发明的护衣护色机洗洗衣液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,茶树籽提取物1.4-1.9%、苦参提取物1.2-1.8%、野槐根提取物 1-1.4%、茶皂素 1.5-1.6%、天来可GL 1-1.5%、山金车提取液 1.3-1.7%、肉桂酸甲酯1.2-1.7%、葡萄籽油1.2-1.5%、AES 4.8-6.7%、益生菌群 2.8-3.3%、丹皮酚1.2-1.3%、侧柏提取液 1.5-1.8%、柠檬酸1.4-2.7%、氨基酸1.5-2.5%、七叶树提取液 0.7-1.3%、 特乙胺油酸酯1.3-1.9%、 酵素1.9-2.6%、酒石酸2-2.4%、香1.7-2.2%、水58.2-69.4%,将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌53分钟,并配以天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在31°C左右均质搅拌9小时后,将容器恒温在33°C左右密封发酵23小时,再加入侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、七叶树提取液、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、酒石酸、香高速搅拌4小时,更护衣护色 ,保护衣物纤维,然后恒温在33°C左右容器内静置23小时即为成品。

1.一种护衣护色机洗洗衣液的配制方法,是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、天来可GL、 山金车提取液、肉桂酸甲酯、葡萄籽油 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、侧柏提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、椰七叶树提取液、特乙胺油酸酯、酵素、酒石酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.4-1.9% 苦参提取物1.2-1.8% 野槐根提取物 1-1.4%
茶皂素 1.5-1.6% 天来可GL 1-1.5% 山金车提取液 1.3-1.7%
肉桂酸甲酯1.2-1.7% 葡萄籽油1.2-1.5% AES 4.8-6.7%
益生菌群 2.8-3.3% 丹皮酚1.2-1.3% 侧柏提取液 1.5-1.8%
柠檬酸1.4-2.7% 氨基酸1.5-2.5% 七叶树提取液 0.7-1.3%
特乙胺油酸酯1.3-1.9% 酵素1.9-2.6% 酒石酸2-2.4%
香1.7-2.2% 水58.2-69.4%
b、配制工艺:
