Abstract
本发明涉及一种羽绒服水洗液的配制方法,羽绒服成了许多市民御寒的保暖外衣,如果羽绒服被弄脏后清洗不得当,缩短羽绒服的使用寿命,清洗羽绒服最好选用专用的羽绒服清洗液。本发明是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、丁香精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、有机硅、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏,具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,能将羽绒服彻底洗净,使羽绒服恢复原有蓬松柔软。

技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种羽绒服水洗液配制方法。
背景技术
羽绒服成了许多市民御寒的保暖外衣,如果羽绒服被弄脏后清洗不得当,就会导致保暖性下降,也失去了原先的蓬松感,据专业的纤维检验所专业人士介绍,羽绒服内的禽类羽绒为蛋白质纤维。若使用肥皂和普通洗衣粉清洗(更不能使用加酶洗衣粉),它们的PH值在11左右,具有较强的碱性,易破坏纤维表面的脂肪保护膜,并会渗入纤维内部,使羽绒失去原有的柔润、弹性和光泽,变得干燥、发硬、枯脆、老化,缩短羽绒服的使用寿命,清洗羽绒服最好选用专用的羽绒服清洗液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,能将羽绒服彻底洗净,洗后使羽绒服恢复原有的蓬松柔软的羽绒服水洗液配制方法。
本发明的羽绒服水洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、 人参提取液 、丁香精油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、有机硅、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.3-2% 苦参提取物1.3-1.9% 野槐根提取物 1.4-1.5%
茶皂素 1.2-1.4% 当归提取液1.1-1.7% 人参提取液 1.5-1.6%
丁香精油1.3-1.5% 百合提取液 1.3-1.4% AES 6.2-6.9%
益生菌群 2.5-3.9% 丹皮酚1.2-1.3% 芍药提取液 1.3-2.5%
柠檬酸 1-1.5% 氨基酸1-2.5% 聚乙二醇1-1.5%
有机硅1-1.2% 酵素 2.3-3% 醋酸 2.6-3%
香 2-2.8% 水56.9-67.5%
b、配制工艺:
本发明羽绒服水洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌23.6分钟,并配以当归提取液、 人参提取液 、大蒜精油、百合提取液 、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在25.6°C左右均质搅拌7.6小时后,将容器恒温在26.8°C左右密封发酵19.8小时,再加入芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.8小时,洗后能保持羽绒服面料的光泽与内部的蓬松,然后恒温在29.2°C左右容器内静置19.9小时即为成品。
有益效果:
洗液呈中性,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏,具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,能将羽绒服彻底洗净,洗后使羽绒服恢复原有的蓬松柔软。
具体实施方式
本发明的羽绒服水洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
茶树籽提取物1.3-2%、苦参提取物1.3-1.9%、野槐根提取物 1.4-1.5%、茶皂素 1.2-1.4%、当归提取液1.1-1.7%、人参提取液 1.5-1.6%、丁香精油1.3-1.5%、百合提取液 1.3-1.4%、AES 6.2-6.9%、益生菌群 2.5-3.9%、丹皮酚1.2-1.3%、芍药提取液 1.3-2.5%、柠檬酸1-1.5%、氨基酸1-2.5%、 聚乙二醇1-1.5%、

1.一种羽绒服水洗液的配制方法,是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、丁香精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、有机硅、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.3-2% 苦参提取物1.3-1.9% 野槐根提取物 1.4-1.5%
茶皂素 1.2-1.4% 当归提取液1.1-1.7% 人参提取液 1.5-1.6%
丁香精油1.3-1.5% 百合提取液 1.3-1.4% AES 6.2-6.9%
益生菌群 2.5-3.9% 丹皮酚1.2-1.3% 芍药提取液 1.3-2.5%
