本发明公开了羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法,具有以下配方(组分及其重量百分比%):醋酸2.0‑3.0、烷基糖苷7.0‑13.0、椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5.0‑9.0、葡萄糖酸钠5.0‑9.0、硼酸2.0‑5.0、丙三醇1.0‑4.0、熟苏打0.5‑0.9、柠檬酸1‑1.5、聚乙二醇1‑1.5、酵素2.0‑4.0、香料3.0‑4.0、水45.0‑55.0、助洗剂1.0‑2.5。通过醋酸和熟苏打混合之后,不仅对水有一定的加热效果,更加有利于酵素处于发酵的最大活性,增加清洗的洁净度,而且醋酸和熟苏打混合反应之后,能够非常强力的去处油脂,而且性能温和,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏作用,且具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,并且加入香料,使洗完的羽绒服本身带有一定的植物芳香,不同的植物芳香具有不同的作用,柠檬油提神醒脑,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于羽绒服去油脂技术领域,更具体的,涉及羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
羽绒服(downcoat)内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所常用。羽绒是动物性蛋白质纤维,羽绒纤维的最表面是一层细胞膜,它是由甾醇与三磷酸酯的双分子层膜组成的。甾醇和三磷酸酯都是难溶于水的有机物。这层双分子薄膜占整根羽绒纤维重量的10%以下,故而羽绒纤维防水性能较好。薄膜的里层是组成羽绒纤维主要成分的蛋白质,叫做羽朊,由多种氨基酸缩合而成。另外,还必须指出,由于双分子层中的三磷酸酯有很强的吸附性,在双分子层的外层还吸附了一些颗粒状的蛋白质,这些蛋白质在强碱的作用下也会被破坏。
常温下,酸对羽绒的作用主要是使羽朊分子中的盐式键断裂。碱对羽绒的作用碱对羽绒的作用比酸剧烈,对羽绒有明显的破坏作用。碱能使羽绒纤维的盐式键断裂,也能攻击胱氨酸的二硫键。在一般情况下,羽绒在pH=8的碱溶液中即受损伤,在pH=10~11的溶液中对羽绒的破坏作用已非常强烈。受碱损伤的羽绒变黄、发脆、光泽暗淡、手感粗糙。沸热的4%NaOH溶液能完全溶解羽绒。羽绒对氧化剂的作用相当敏感,氧化剂作用于羽绒的二硫键,使其生成磺酸基—SO3,使羽绒纤维受到严重破坏,蛋白质降解过于迅速,羽绒纤维颜色发黄,失去弹性而变质。
羽绒制品若使用肥皂和普通洗衣粉清洗(它们的PH值在11左右,具有较强的碱性),不易清洗羽绒服鸭毛表面的油脂,易破坏纤维表面的脂肪保护膜,并会渗入纤维内部,使羽绒失去原有的柔润、弹性和光泽,变得干燥、发硬、枯脆、老化,既影响穿衣体验,又缩短羽绒服的使用寿命。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明提供羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法,具有以下配方(组分及其重量百分比%):醋酸2.0-3.0、烷基糖苷7.0-13.0、椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5.0-9.0、葡萄糖酸钠5.0-9.0、硼酸2.0-5.0、丙三醇1.0-4.0、熟苏打0.5-0.9、柠檬酸1-1.5、聚乙二醇1-1.5、酵素2.0-4.0、香料3.0-4.0、水45.0-55.0、助洗剂1.0-2.5。
进一步地,所述助洗剂通常指碱性磷酸盐或者三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠等助洗剂。
进一步地,所述香料通过黑胡椒的果实、柠檬的果皮又或是薄荷的花经过蒸馏提取出来。
进一步地,所述酵素为催化分解酶的一种或者多种。
进一步地,所述水为去离子水。
进一步地,制备方法如下:
(1)首先将醋酸和熟苏打按比例缓慢导入冷水中,缓慢搅拌并且加热,温度控制在40°C内;
(2)将椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按比例,缓慢导入(1)溶液中,进行稀释并缓慢搅拌;
(3)将烷基糖苷、葡萄糖酸钠、助洗剂以及酵素一边搅拌一边缓慢加入到(2)溶液中,将容器恒温在28°C左右密封发酵19小时;
(4)将硼酸、丙三醇、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、香料按比例加入到(3)溶液中,高速搅拌8小时;
(5)搅拌乳化20min,泵入储存罐;
(6)检验合格后,进行分装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、通过醋酸和熟苏打混合之后,不仅对水有一定的加热效果,更加有利于酵素处于发酵的最大活性,增加清洗的洁净度,而且醋酸和熟苏打混合反应之后,能够非常强力的去处油脂,而且性能温和,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏作用,且具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用。
2、通过加入香料,使洗完的羽绒服本身带有一定的植物芳香,不同的植物芳香具有不同的作用,柠檬油提神醒脑,提高工作效率,肉桂油可扶正祛邪,抗感染(防腐抗菌),薄荷油可消除恶心、紧张和紧张性头痛;可退热,还可祛除蚊虫,儿童闻香后倍感欢欣,茉莉油有抚慰、镇痛作用,玫瑰油(蔷薇油)有抚慰和松弛作用,岩玫瑰油(岩蔷薇油),安神镇静作用,檀香油有松弛、镇静作用,可抗焦虑、抑郁和神经紧张,止头痛。
3、通过加入碱性磷酸盐或者三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠等助洗剂,虽然本身没有明显洗涤能力,但是添加在洗涤剂配方中却可以使表面活性剂的洗涤去污能力得到提高的物质,它们与表面活性剂分子之间发生复杂的相互作用,结果使洗涤效果比单独使用表面活性剂时好,去处油脂更加迅速、彻底。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法,制备方法如下:
(1)首先将醋酸和熟苏打按比例缓慢导入冷水中,缓慢搅拌并且加热,温度控制在40°C内;
(2)将椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按比例,缓慢导入(1)溶液中,进行稀释并缓慢搅拌;
(3)将烷基糖苷、葡萄糖酸钠、助洗剂以及酵素一边搅拌一边缓慢加入到(2)溶液中,将容器恒温在28°C左右密封发酵19小时;
(4)将硼酸、丙三醇、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、香料按比例加入到(3)溶液中,高速搅拌8小时;
(5)搅拌乳化20min,泵入储存罐;
(6)检验合格后,进行分装;
经检测,本实施例1中羽绒服去油脂程度对醋酸和熟苏打加入情况见表1。

实施例2
羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂及其制备方法,制备方法如下:
(1)首先将醋酸和熟苏打按比例缓慢导入冷水中,缓慢搅拌并且加热,温度控制在40°C内;
(2)将椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按比例,缓慢导入(1)溶液中,进行稀释并缓慢搅拌;
(3)将烷基糖苷、葡萄糖酸钠、助洗剂以及酵素一边搅拌一边缓慢加入到(2)溶液中,将容器恒温在28°C左右密封发酵19小时;
(4)将硼酸、丙三醇、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、香料按比例加入到(3)溶液中,高速搅拌8小时;
(5)搅拌乳化20min,泵入储存罐;
(6)检验合格后,进行分装;
经检测,本实施例中氧、氮含量以及加料比例出料检测粒度指标见表2。

1.羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂,其特征在于,具有以下配方(组分及其重量百分比%):醋酸2.0-3.0、烷基糖苷7.0-13.0、椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5.0-9.0、葡萄糖酸钠5.0-9.0、硼酸2.0-5.0、丙三醇1.0-4.0、熟苏打0.5-0.9、柠檬酸1-1.5、聚乙二醇1-1.5、酵素2.0-4.0、香料3.0-4.0、水45.0-55.0、助洗剂1.0-2.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助洗剂通常指碱性磷酸盐或者三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠等助洗剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述香料通过黑胡椒的果实、柠檬的果皮又或是薄荷的花经过蒸馏提取出来。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服的鸭毛去油脂试剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述酵素为催化分解酶的一种或者多种。
