- 주성분으로서 산화 철이 Fe2O3 환산으로 45.0∼49.0몰%, 산화 구리가 CuO 환산으로 5.0∼14.0몰%, 산화 아연이 ZnO 환산으로 1.0∼32.0몰%, 산화 니켈이 NiO 환산으로 잔부 몰% 함유되어서 구성되는 NiCuZn계 페라이트로서,상기 주성분에 대해, 산화 비스머스가 Bi2O3 환산으로 0.25∼0.40중량%(단, 0.25중량%를 포함하지 않음), 산화 주석이 SnO2 환산으로 1.00∼2.50중량% 함유되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 NiCuZn계 페라이트.
- NiCuZn계 페라이트를 자기고 이루어지는 전자부품으로서,상기 페라이트는, 주성분으로서 산화 철이 Fe2O3 환산으로 45.0∼49.0몰%, 산화 구리가 CuO 환산으로 5.0∼14.0몰%, 산화 아연이 ZnO 환산으로 1.0∼32.0몰%, 산화 니켈이 NiO 환산으로 잔부 몰% 함유되고,상기 주성분에 대해, 산화 비스머스가 Bi2O3 환산으로 0.25∼0.40중량%(단, 0.25중량%를 포함하지 않음), 산화 주석이 SnO2 환산으로 1.00∼2.50중량% 함유되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전자부품은 코일 도체를 구비함과 동시에, 상기 페 라이트로 이루어지는 코어부를 구비하고, 코어부가 폐자로를 형성하는 적층 인덕터 또는 LC 복합부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품.
