- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 단백질은 성장호르몬 (growth hormone, GH), 인터페론 (interferon, IFN), 백혈구증식인자 (granulocyte colony stimulation factor, G-CSF), 거대백혈구증식인자 (granulocyte macrophage colony stimulation factor, GMCSF), 적혈구생성단백질 (erythropoietin, EPO), 인터루킨 (interleukin, IL), 난포생성촉진호르몬 (fibroblast growth factor, follicle stimulating hormone, FSH), 신경성장인자 (nerve growth factor, NGF), 옥트레오타이드 (octreotide), 인슐린, 인슐린유사성장인자 (insulin-like growth factor, IGF), 칼시토닌 (calcitonin), 종양괴사인자 (tumor necrosis factor, TNF), 혈관생성인자 (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF), 상피세포성장인자 (epidermal growth factor, EGF), 혈소판 성장인자 (platelet-derived growth factor, PDGF), 뼈형성인자 (bone morphogenetic protein, BMP), 혈전용해제 (tissue plasminogen activator, TPA), thrombopoietin(TPO), 조직성장인자 (tissue growth factor, TGF), 및 종양괴사인자 (tumor necrosis factor, TNF)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 겔, 마이크로스피어, 나노입자, 스트립, 및 필름으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 형태인 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 수용액 내에 제17항의 조성물의 0.5 내지 50%를 포함하는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 PEG, 히알루로닉산, 덱스트란, 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 키토산, 폴록사머 407, 폴록사머 188, 메칠셀룰로오스 (MC), 에칠셀룰로오스 (EC), 하이드록시에칠셀룰로오스 (HEC), 메칠히드록시에칠셀롤로오스 (MHEC), 하이드록시메칠셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필메칠셀룰로오스 (HPMC), 및 하이드록시프로필셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 추가적으로 포함하는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 1) 미리 결정된 양의 PEO-Y-PEO를 포함하는 반응액에 PEO-Y-PEO 말단 히드록실기 1 당량의 0.5 내지 1.0 당량의 디카르복시산 디할리드(dihalid)를 천천히 첨가하여 미리 결정된 시간 동안 반응시키는 단계;2) 상기 반응액에 0.1 당량의 PEO-Y-PEO를 추가적으로 첨가하여 반응이 종결될 때까지 반응시키는 단계;3) 생성된 다중블록 공중합체를 에테르 또는 헥산 용매에 침전시키고 에탄올로 상기 침전물을 용해시키는 단계; 및4) 에탄올/에테르 또는 헥산의 부피 비율이 1/1 내지 1/20이 되도록 에테르 또는 헥산을 천천히 가하여 다중블록 공중합체를 침전시키는 단계를 포함하는,말단에 히드록실기를 갖는 제7항의 다중블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 1) 미리 결정된 양의 PEO-Y-PEO를 포함하는 반응액에 PEO-Y-PEO 말단 히드록실기 1 당량의 0.5 내지 1.0 당량의 디카르복시산 디할리드(dihalid)를 천천히 첨가하여 이미 결정된 시간 동안 반응시키는 단계;2) 상기 반응액에 상기 PEO-Y-PEO 말단 히드록실기 당량을 기준으로 1 당량 이상의 디카르복시산 디할리드(dihalid)를 추가적으로 첨가하여 반응이 종결될 때까지 반응시키는 단계;3) 생성된 다중블록 공중합체를 에테르 또는 헥산 용매에 침전시키고 에탄올로 용해시키는 단계; 및4) 에탄올/에테르 또는 헥산의 부피 비율이 1/1 내지 1/20이 되도록 에테르 또는 헥산을 천천히 가하여 공중합체를 침전시키는 단계를 포함하는,말단에 카르복실기를 갖는 제7항의 다중블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 1) 제26항으로부터 생성된 다중블록 공중합체를 물과 혼합가능한 용매에 용해시키는 단계, 및2) 상기 다중블록 수용액을 탄산나트륨, 탄산수소나트륨, 염화칼슘, 염화아 연, 염화마그네슘, 염화철, 염화구리, 질산은, 염화칼륨, 또는 염화리튬으로 중화시키는 단계를 포함하는,다중블록 공중합체의 양 말단에 카르복시산 금속염을 갖는 제7항의 다중블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 1) 제25항의 다중블록 공중합체를 용매에 용해시키고, 이 용액을 설페이트 트리옥사이드 피리딘 복합체 (C5H5NSO3), 또는 포스포러스 옥시클로라이드 (POCl3)와 반응시키는 단계; 및2) 상기 고분자 말단에 금속염을 갖는 다중블록 공중합체를 제조하기 위하여 상기 반응액에 선택적으로 탄산나트륨, 탄산수소나트륨, 염화칼슘, 염화아연, 염화마그네슘, 염화철, 염화구리, 질산은, 염화칼륨, 또는 염화리튬으로 중화시키는 단계를 포함하는,고분자 말단에 황산, 인산, 또는 금속염을 갖는 제7항의 다중블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 PEO-Y-PEO는 폴록사머인 것인 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 PEO-Y-PEO는 메틸렌클로라이드에 용해시킨 후 헥산에 침전시키거나 또는 n-propanol/H2O 용매에서 층 분리하여 정제되는 것인 방법.
