Claims (3)
- 유리가공장치에 있어서,원판 형태로 제작되되 그 상부에 가공대상물이 진공상태로 흡착되도록 진공척(11)이 구비되며, 90°씩 순차적으로 회전하도록 구성된 회전테이블(10)과,상기 회전테이블(10)의 일측에 설치되어 컨베이어(21)를 통해 공급되는 가공대상물을 진공흡착 패드(22)를 이용하여 회전테이블(10)의 진공척(11)에 재치하도록 하는 공급장치(20)와,상기 공급장치(20)의 90°방향에 설치되되, 회전테이블(10) 상에 재치된 가공대상물을 정확한 방향으로 정렬하도록 그립퍼(31)와 핑거(32)로 구성된 정렬장치(30)와,상기 공급장치(20)의 180°방향에 설치되되, 정렬이 완료된 가공대상물의 외주면을 원통형태의 연삭툴(41)로 연삭하는 외주면 연삭장치(40)와,상기 공급장치(20)의 270°방향에 설치되되, 외주면 가공이 완료된 가공대상물의 모서리부를 마름모형태의 연마툴(51)로 연마하는 모서리부 연마장치(50)로 구성되어, 원형 테이블(10) 상에 가공대상물이 재치되면 연속 순차적으로 가공을 완료함을 특징으로 하는 유리가공장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,외주면 연삭장치(40)는 X-Y-Z방향 3축으로 수치제어에 의해 작동되며, 원통형태의 연삭툴(41)에 의해 가공대상물의 외주면이 신속하게 가공됨을 특징으로 하는 유리가공장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,모서리부 연마장치(50)는 X-Y-Z방향 3축으로 수치제어에 의해 작동되며, 단면이 마름모형태의 연마툴(51)에 의해 가공대상물의 모서리부가 신속하게 면취됨을 특징으로 하는 유리가공장치.
