Claims (4)
- 내연 기관의 회전에 동기하여 소정의 위상차를 갖는 타이밍에서 구동되고, 상기 내연 기관의 연소실에 통하는 흡기관을 개폐하는 흡기 밸브와,상기 흡기 밸브의 개폐 타이밍을, 소정의 기본 타이밍을 기준으로 하여 진각측 및 지각측으로 연속적으로 조정하는 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구와,상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태를 검출하는 운전 상태 검출 수단을 포함하고, 상기 운전 상태에 의거하여 상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구를 구동 제어하는 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치를 구비한 내연 기관 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 회전 속도를 검출하는 회전 속도 검출 수단과,상기 흡기 밸브의 개폐 타이밍의 조정에 수반하여 변동하는 상기 흡기관 내의 흡기 부압을 검출하는 흡기 부압 검출 수단을 또한 구비하고,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치는,상기 운전 상태가 연료 컷트의 상태에 있는 때, 상기 기본 타이밍의 보정 동작을 허가하는 기본 타이밍 보정 허가 수단과,상기 기본 타이밍의 보정 동작이 허가되는 상태에 있는 때, 상기 내연 기관의 회전 속도에 의거하여, 상기 기본 타이밍의 보정 동작의 초기 상태로서 설정하여야 할 목표 흡기 부압을 결정하는 목표 흡기 부압 설정 수단과,상기 흡기 부압 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 흡기 부압이 상기 목표 흡기 부압과 일치하도록, 상기 연소실에의 흡입 공기량을 조정하는 흡입 공기량 조정 수단 과,상기 흡입 공기량 조정 수단에 의해 상기 흡기 부압이 상기 목표 흡기 부압에 일치된 후에, 상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구를 진각측으로 구동 제어하는 보정시 구동 제어 수단과,상기 보정시 구동 제어 수단에 의한 구동 제어중에, 상기 흡기 부압을 이용하여 산출한 흡기 부압 변화 지표가 소정치를 초과한 때의 상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구의 상태에 의거하여, 상기 기본 타이밍을 보정하는 기본 타이밍 보정 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치는, 상기 흡기 부압 변화 지표의 산출에 이용되는 흡기 부압을 보정하기 위한 흡기 부압 보정량 산출 수단을 포함하고,상기 흡기 부압 보정량 산출 수단은,상기 회전 속도 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 회전 속도와 상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구의 변위량을 이용하여, 상기 흡기 부압을 보정하기 위한 흡기 부압 보정량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관 제어 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치는,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 기구의 위상차의 절대량을 나타내는 기본 진각량을 기억하는 기본 진각량 기억 수단과,상기 흡기 부압 보정량 산출 수단에 의해 산출된 흡기 부압 보정량을 기억하는 흡기 부압 보정량 기억 수단과,상기 기본 진각량 기억 수단 및 상기 흡기 부압 보정량 기억 수단의 기억 내용을 판독하는 기억 내용 판독 수단을 포함하고,상기 기억 내용 판독 수단은, 상기 기본 진각량 기억 수단에 기억된 기본 진각량과, 상기 흡기 부압 보정량 기억 수단에 기억된 흡기 부압 보정량을, 상기 기본 진각량 및 상기 흡기 부압 보정량이 기억된 시점부터 소정 시간이 경과한 후에 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관 제어 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어 장치는, 판독 시간 조정 수단을 포함하고,상기 판독 시간 조정 수단은, 상기 회전 속도 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 회전 속도에 의거하여, 상기 소정 시간을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관 제어 장치.
