Claims (14)
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비한 안테나; 및상기 도전성 배선 위의 절연막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되며,연자성 재료(soft magnetic material)의 미세 입자들이 상기 절연막에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비한 안테나; 및상기 도전성 배선 위의 수지막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 수지막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 가지는 안테나;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 제1 절연막; 및상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 제1 절연막 위의 제2 절연막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 제2 절연막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비하는 안테나;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 절연막; 및상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 상기 절연막 위의 수지막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로와 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 수지막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비한 안테나;상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 제1 절연막;상기 제1 절연막 위의 제2 절연막;상기 제2 절연막 위의 상기 도전성 배선; 및상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 제3 절연막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 제2 절연막 및 상기 제3 절연막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트렌지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 가지는 안테나;상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 제1 절연막;상기 제1 절연막을 덮는 제2 절연막;상기 제2 절연막을 덮는 상기 도전성 배선;상기 도전성 배선 위의 제3 절연막; 및상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 제2 절연막 및 상기 제4 절연막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비한 안테나;적어도 상기 도전성 배선을 덮는 제1 절연막; 및상기 제1 절연막과 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 제2 절연막을 포함하고,상기 집적 회로 및 상기 안테나는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,상기 도전성 배선은 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극과 동일한 재료로 형성되며, 동일층상에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 제1 절연막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 구비한 안테나; 및적어도 상기 도전성 배선의 측부와 접촉하는 절연막을 포함하고,상기 안테나와 상기 집적 회로는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 기판 위에 형성되고,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 절연막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 반도체 디바이스에 있어서,기판;박막 트랜지스터를 포함하는 집적 회로;도전성 배선을 갖는 안테나; 및적어도 상기 도전성 배선의 측부와 접촉하는 수지막을 포함하고,상기 안테나 및 상기 집적 회로는 서로 전기적으로 접속되도록 기판 위에 형성되며,연자성 재료의 미세 입자들이 상기 수지막내에 포함되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 안테나 및 상기 집적 회로는 가요성 기판 위에 형성되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 배선은 전해법, 비전해 도금법, 인쇄법 또는 액적 배출법에 의해 형성되는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 배선은 제1 도전체 및 상기 제1 도전체를 덮는 제2 도전체를 포함하는, 반도체 디바이스.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제2 도전체는 전해도금법, 비전해 도금법 또는 액적 배출법에 의해 형성되는, 반도체 디바이스.
