Claims (13)
- 제1 매체 및 제2 매체 사이의 열을 교환하기 위한 열교환기이며,복수의 실질적으로 평행한 튜브를 둘러싸는 격실을 구비한 케이싱과,상기 튜브 중 하나에 부착된 제1 단부를 각각 구비하고 제2 미부착 단부에 대한 유동 방향에 대해 경사지게 그리고 일반적으로 횡으로 연장하는 향상된 열의 교환을 위한 복수의 긴 표면 확대 요소를 포함하고,상기 격실은 상기 제1 매체가 상기 튜브에 실질적으로 평행한 유동 방향에서 입구로부터 출구로 유동하기 위해 제한되도록 배치된 상기 입구 및 상기 출구를 포함하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 미부착 단부는 상기 유동 방향에 대하여 상기 제1 단부의 상류에 위치되는 열교환기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 상기 격실이 2개 이상의 부 격실로 나누어지도록 적어도 2개의 상기 튜브들 사이에 장착된 적어도 하나의 음향 억제 플레이트를 더 포함하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 확대 요소는 실질적으로 관형 형상인 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 확대 요소는 상기 제1 단부 및 상기 제2 단부 사이의 길이를 간격 10 내지 60 mm, 바람직하게 20 내지 55 mm, 바람직하게 40 내지 50 mm, 바람직하게 41 내지 49mm, 바람직하게 43 mm로 한정하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 확대 요소는 강철, 바람직하게 스테인레스강, 대안적으로 알루미늄 또는 구리로 이루어진 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 확대 요소는 하나의 만곡을 한정하는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 억제 플레이트는 범위가 0.01 mm 내지 2 mm, 바람직하게 0.5 내지 1.5 mm, 바람직하게 0.75 mm 내지 1.25 mm, 바람직하게 실질적으로 1 mm와 같은 크기를 갖는 복수의 개구를 포함하는 열교환기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 실질적으로 타원형, 원형, 정사각형, 직사각형 또는 그의 임의의 조합인 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 억제 플레이트는 강철, 스테인레스강, 알루미늄, 아연도금 강 또는 세라믹 재료로 이루어지는 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 음향 억제 플레이트는 두께가 0.02" 내지 0.2", 바람직하게 0.04", 바람직하게 0.08", 바람직하게 0.12", 바람직하게 1 mm인 열교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 매체는 가스, 바람직하게 염관 가스이며 상기 제2 매체는 주로 물 및/또는 증기인 열교환기.
- 보일러, 특히 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열교환기를 포함하는 외양 항해용 배에 설치되는 보일러.
