Claims (3)
- 排気される燃焼ガスの経路に潜熱を吸収する水が流通されるチューブが波形に配管された熱交換器において、チューブは燃焼ガスが導入される箱形のケーシングの内部に収容され、前記ケーシングの内部には導入された燃焼ガスをチューブの波形の配管に沿って案内する整流板が設けられ、前記整流板は基板の一端部または両端部に起立片が一体的に設けられたコ字形またはL字形に形成され、前記整流板の基板は前記ケーシングの上部に対面されクリアランスを介してスポット的に取付けられ、前記整流板の前記起立片は前記ケーシングの底面,側面とクリアランスを介して前記チューブの間に配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1の熱交換器において、前記チューブの配管は山部から谷部への傾斜が平行となる波形とされ、前記整流板は前記チューブと平行に配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1または2の熱交換器において、前記チューブは多数本の細管が上下に間隔を介して積層されて端末に内部を流通する水を分配,集合するヘッダが接続され、前記ヘッダは前記チューブの軸線に直交する軸線の円筒形に形成されて前記ケーシングの内部に収容されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
