Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 전동기에 의해 구동되는 회전축의 회전에 기인하는 압축 동작체의 압축 동작에 의해 압축실 내의 냉매를 압축하여 토출하고, 상기 전동기의 코일을 상기 냉매에 의해 냉각하는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 전동기의 코일 온도 또는 코일 주위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단과,상기 전동기의 기동 전에 상기 온도 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도에 도달되어 있는 경우에는, 상기 코일에 공급되는 전류의 상한값을 최대 상한값보다 작은 제한값으로 제한하는 제한 제어를 실시하는 제한 수단을 구비한 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제한값은, 제한 제어가 이루어지고 있는 동안에는 일정한 값으로 유지되는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제한값은, 상기 제한 제어의 개시시로부터 미리 설정된 소정 시간의 경과 시점까지의 적어도 일부에서 증대해 가는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제한 수단은, 상기 제한 제어의 개시시로부터 미리 설정된 기준 시간의 경과 후에 상기 제한을 해제하는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전동 압축기는, 상기 전동기에 전류를 공급하는 인버터와, 상기 인버터의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단을 구비하고, 상기 인버터의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단은, 상기 코일 주위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단을 겸하는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전동 압축기는, 상기 전동기에 전류를 공급하는 인버터와, 상기 인버터의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단을 구비하고, 상기 인버터의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단은, 상기 코일 주위의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단을 겸하는 전동 압축기의 전동기 제어 장치.
