Claims (10)
- 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에서 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화 지방산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 불포화 지방산을 생산하는 반응영역 중 과열점(hot spot)이 형성되는 반응관 내부의 위치에 불활성 물질층이 삽입된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화 지방산을 제조하는데 사용되는 촉매는 하기 화학식 1의 금속 산화물인 것이 특징인 제조방법:[화학식 1]Moa Ab Bc Cd De Of상기 식에서,Mo는 몰리브덴이고,A는 W, 및 Cr로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며B는 P, Te, As, B, Sb, Ce, Pb, Mn, V, Nb, 및 Te 로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,C는 Si, Al, Zr, Rh, Cu Ni, Ti, Ag 및 Sn으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,D는 Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ta, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba 및 MgO로 구성된 군 중에서 선 택되는 1 종 이상이고,a, b, c, d, e, 및 f 는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타낸 것이며,단, a=12일 때, b는 0.01~10이고, c는 0.01~10이며, d는 0.01~10이고, e는 0.01~10이며, f는 상기의 각 성분의 산화 상태에 따라 정해지는 수치이다
- 제1항에 있어서, (메타)아크롤레인으로부터 (메타)아크릴산을 제조하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 물질층은 불활성 물질 단독 또는 불활성 물질과 촉매의 혼합물로 구성된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 불활성 물질층에서 불활성 물질과 촉매 물질에 대한 부피비는 20% 내지 100%인 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질층의 충진 높이는 0.1~1000㎜인 것이 특징인 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질층 중 불활성 물질은 촉매와 크기, 형태 또는 둘다가 동일한 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화 지방산을 제조하는 공정에 사용가능한 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 불포화 지방산을 생산하는 반응영역 중 과열점(hot spot)이 형성되는 반응관 내부의 위치에 불활성 물질층이 삽입되어 있는 것이 특징인 반응기.
