Claims (7)
- 구리베이스 합금의 응고과정에서, 이 합금중의 덴드라이트 간극에, 고상선을 초과하는 온도에서 응고하는 금속간 화합물을 정출시켜, 용질의 이동을 억제하여 마이크로 포로시티를 분산시킴과 동시에, 상기 금속간 화합물의 정출에 의해, 액상선 미만의 온도에서 응고하는 저융점 금속 또는 저융점의 금속간 화합물을 분산 정출시켜, 이 저융점 금속 또는 저융점의 금속간 화합물이 상기 포로시티에 들어가서, 마이크로 포로시티의 발생을 억제함으로써 합금의 건전성을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도, Zn: 5.0~10.0중량%, Se: 0<Se≤1.5중량%를 함유하고, 구리베이스 합금의 응고과정에서의 합금중의 덴드라이트 간극에 금속간 화합물인 ZnSe를 정출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물의 면적율을 0.3% 이상 5.0% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도, Bi: 0.25~3.0중량%를 함유하고, 구리베이스 합금의 응고과정에서의 용질영역중에 저융점 금속인 Bi를 분산하여 정출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 금속 또는 저융점의 금속간 화합물의 면적율을 0.2% 이상 2.5% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도, Zn: 5.0~10.0중량%, Sn: 2.8~5.0중량%, Bi: 0.25~3.0중량%, Se: 0<Se≤1.5중량%, P: 0.5중량% 미만, 및 잔부 Cu와 불가피한 불순물로서 Pb: 0.2중량% 미만으로 이루어지는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리베이스 합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구리베이스 합금을 사용하여 제조한 주괴, 또는 이 구리베이스 합금을 가공성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 접액 부품.
