Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 차음 조성물에 있어서,메탈로센 알파 올레핀계 수지(Metallocene Alpha Olefin Polymer), 올레핀계 극성 접착성 수지(Olefin Base Polarity Adhesive Polymer) 및 상용화제(Compatibilizer)를 포함하는 합성수지 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 무기 충진제 20 내지 400 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상용화제는 옥사조린계 상용화제(Oxazoline Group's Compatibilizer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 혼합물은 상기 메탈로센 알파 올레핀계 수지(Metallocene Alpha Olefin Polymer) 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 올레핀계 극성 접착성 수지(Olefin Base Polarity Adhesive Polumer) 10 내지 800 중량부, 상기 상용화제 3 내지 300 중량부를 포함하며,상기 무기 충진제는 입상 충진제 100 중량부에 대하여, 침상 충진제 3 내지 500 중량부 및 판상 충진제 3 내지 500 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 혼합물은 상기 메탈로센 알파 올레핀계 수지(Metallocene Alpha Olefin Polymer) 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP) 5 내지 800 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 혼합물은 상기 메탈로센 알파 올레핀계 수지(Metallocene Alpha Olefin Polymer) 100 중량부에 대하여, 실란계 커플링제 1 내지 50 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 혼합물은 상기 메탈로센 알파 올레핀계 수지(Metallocene Alpha Olefin Polymer) 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP) 5 내지 800 중량부와 실란계 커플링제 1 내지 50 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 첨가제 2 내지 30 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 계면 활성제 100 중량부에 대하여, 안정제 2 내지 100 중량부, 안료 2 내지 100 중량부 및 난연제 0 내지 60 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 입상 충진제는 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 미분규산, 실리카샌드 및 질석으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하며,상기 판상 충진제는 편운모, 산화철 및 카올린클레이로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,상기 침상 충진제는 세피올라이트, 규회석 및 아타팔자이트로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 조성물.
- 차음재에 있어서,카펫 원단과;상기 카펫 원단 상에 형성되어 있는 제 1항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 차음 조성물을 도포한 차음층과;상기 차음층 상에 형성되어 있는 기포지층; 및상기 기포지층 상에 형성된 흡음층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 차음층에는 침상 무기 충진제와 판상 무기 충진제가 포함되며,상기 침상 무기 충진제와 상기 판상 무기 충진제는 상기 차음층의 표면과 평행하게 층상 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재.
- 차음재의 제조방법에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 7 항의 차음 조성물을 마련하는 단계;상기 마련된 차음 조성물을 압출성형기에 넣어 넓고 얇은 T- Die구간을 통과시켜 카펫 원단 상에 도포하면서 기포지층을 압축 접착하여 차음시트를 제조하는 단계;상기 차음시트 상에 열융착하여 흡음층을 접착하여 차음재를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 차음재를 원하는 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 압출성형기는 150℃ 이상으로 유지되는 T-Die 캐스팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 차음재의 제조방법.
