Claims (4)
- 젤 형태의 스팟이 칩 기재 상에 집적 및 고정된 바이오 칩으로서, 스팟 안의 포어에 생체 물질이 고정되지 아니하고 자유로운 방향성을 가지면서 포집되어 캡슐화되어 있는 것이 특징인 바이오 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 칩, DNA 칩, 신약 탐색 칩, 환경 분석칩, 독성 분석칩, 또는 식품균 분석칩으로 사용되는 것이 특징인 바이오 칩.
- 제1항의 바이오 칩에 상기 생체 물질과 결합하는지 여부를 분석할 표적물질을 포함하는 시료를 적용하는 제1 단계;와 상기 생체 물질에 특이적으로 결합된 표적 물질을 검출하는 제2 단계를 포함하는, 바이오 칩 상에 고정된 생체 물질과 표적 물질간의 결합을 분석하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 포어 안에 생체 물질을 포집하여 생체물질을 캡슐화한 겔 형태의 스팟 내 포어에서 생체 물질과 표적 물질간의 반응이 일어나는 것이 특징인 분석 방법.
