Claims (4)
- 임의의 각도로 교차하거나 회전중에 교차각이 수시로 변동되는 원동축(1)과 종동축(2)을 연결하는 고하중용 축이음에 있어서:상기 원동축(1)과 종동축(2)의 끝단을 삽입고정하는 체결구멍(10b)(10b')을 일단에 구비하고, 타단에 6각 형태로 개방된 이음축홈(10a)(10a')이 형성되는 플랜지(10)(10');상기 플랜지(10)(10')의 이음축홈(10a)(10a')상에 삽입되도록 6각볼 형태로 제작되고, 일측에 장착판(22)(22')이 구비되는 이음축(20)(20'); 및상기 이음축(20)(20')의 장착판(22)(22')이 양단에 장착되고, 중공의 파이프형태로 제작되는 중간축(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 축이음.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지(10)(10')의 일단에 니플(40)(40')을 개재하고, 이음축홈(10a)(10a')의 입구에 리데나(50)(50')와 고정판(52)(52')을 장착하여 이음축홈(10a)(10a')과 이음축(20)(20')사이에 윤활유의 공급이 원활하게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 축이음.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지(10)(10')의 이음축홈(10a)(10a') 및 이음축(20)(20')을 4, 8, 10, 12각 등과 같이 다각으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 축이음.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이음축(20)(20')을 4, 6, 8, 10, 12각 등과 같이 다각형의 판형태로 제작하되, 중간축(20)의 양단에 일체로 가공하거나 분할 제작하여 용접, 볼트 등으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 축이음.
