Claims (1)
- 배지에 접종 배양단계를 거치고 팽이버섯을 재배단계로 진행함에 있어서 배지표면을 긁어 노화균을 제거하는 노화균 제거단계와; 습도는 95%이상 온도는 15℃ 이산화탄소는 2,000ppm 이하인 상태에서 8~10일간 발이 하는 발이 단계와; 습도 85% 온도는 8~10℃ 이산화탄소는 2,000ppm 이하에서 4~6일간 성장을 고르게 하는 고르기 단계와; 습도 75% 온도 5~7℃ 이산화탄소 3,000 ~ 4,000ppm 상태에서 5~6일간 생육을 억제하는 생육억제 단계와; 습도 75% 온도는 4~5℃에서 1,000Lux의 광 조사 시간을 조절하여 버섯의 갓의 크기와 대의 길이를 조정하는 생육단계를 거쳐서 재배하는 팽이버섯 재배방법
