Claims (31)
- 진공 흡입에 적합화된 베이스부를 갖는 플라스틱 용기로서,상기 용기는 상기 용기의 개구를 한정하는 주둥이를 갖는 상부, 상기 상부로부터 연장되는 연장된 목, 상기 연장된 목으로부터 베이스까지 연장되는 본체부, 상기 용기의 끝을 닫는 상기 베이스를 구비하며;상기 상부, 상기 연장된 목, 상기 본체부 및 상기 베이스는 물품이 채워질 수 있는 상기 용기내에서 용기실을 한정하도록 협동하며;상기 베이스는 상기 본체부로부터 상기 용기가 지지되는 표면을 한정하는 접촉 링까지 연장하는 돌출 가장자리(chime)를 구비하며, 상기 베이스는 상기 용기의 길이방향 축에 위치한 푸쉬업(pushup)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 한정된 중앙부 및 상기 푸쉬업의 주위를 둘러싸는 반전 링을 더 구비하며, 상기 푸쉬업과 반전 링은 상기 용기내에서 발생된 진공력을 수용하도록 이동가능한 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체부는 실질적으로 매끄러운 측벽을 포함하는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 푸쉬업은 전체적으로 원뿔대(truncated cone) 형상의 단면인 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반전 링은 약 0.008인치(0.203mm)에서 약 0.025인치(0.635mm) 사이의 벽 두께를 가지는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기가 채워지고 시일링될 때 상기 반전 링은 내측으로의 돔 형상부를 한정하는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 내측으로의 돔 형상부는 상기 지지 표면에 대하여 약 15°각도로써 상기 용기의 상기 길이방향 축에 대하여 경사진 표면에 의하여 한정되는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 내측으로의 돔 형상부는 상기 지지 표면에 대하여 15°이내의 각도로써 상기 용기의 상기 길이방향 축에 대하여 경사진 표면에 의하여 한정되는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 푸쉬업은 상기 용기가 형성되었을 때 그리고, 상기 용기가 채워지고 시일링된 이후에 상기 지지 표면에 전체적으로 평행한 꼭대기 면을 갖는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 푸쉬업은 상기 베이스의 전체 직경의 최대 30%와 동일한 직경을 갖는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체부에 작용하는 힘에 대한 상기 베이스에 작용하는 힘의 비율은 10 보다 작은 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체부는 벽 두께를 가지고, 상기 베이스는 벽 두께를 가지며, 상기 본체부의 벽 두께는 상기 베이스의 벽 두께보다 적어도 15% 큰 플라스틱 용기.
- 진공 흡입에 적합화된 베이스부를 갖는 플라스틱 용기로서,상기 용기는 주둥이를 갖는 상부, 상기 상부로부터 베이스까지 연장되는 본체부, 상기 용기의 바닥을 닫는 상기 베이스를 구비하며;상기 상부, 상기 본체부 및 상기 베이스는 물품이 채워질 수 있는 용기실을 한정하도록 협동하며;상기 베이스는 상기 용기가 지지되는 접촉 링, 직립하는 벽 및 중앙부를 포함하며;상기 직립하는 벽은 상기 접촉링에 인접하고 전체적으로 상기 접촉링을 둘러싸며;상기 중앙부는, 상기 용기의 길이방향 축에 위치한 푸쉬업(pushup), 상기 직립하는 벽으로부터 연장되고 상기 푸쉬업의 주위를 둘러싸는 반전 링에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 한정되고, 상기 푸쉬업과 상기 반전 링은 상기 용기내에서 발생된 진공력을 수용하도록 움직일 수 있는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 직립하는 벽은 상기 용기의 상기 길이방향 축과 전체적으로 평행한 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 직립하는 벽은 상기 접촉링에 바로 인접하는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 직립하는 벽은 실질적으로 날카로운 구석에서 상기 접촉링으로부터 전이(transition)되는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 직립하는 벽은 적어도 0.030인치(0.762mm)의 높이를 갖는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 직립하는 벽은 약 0.180인치(4.572mm)의 높이를 갖는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 본체부는 실질적으로 매끄러운 측벽을 포함하는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 반전 링은 약 0.008인치(0.203mm)에서 약 0.025인치(0.635mm)사이의 벽 두께를 가지는 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 반전 링은 상기 용기가 채워지고 시일링될 때 내측으로의 돔 형상부를 한정하는 플라스틱 용기.

- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 본체부에 작용하는 힘에 대한 상기 베이스에 작용하는 힘의 비율은 10 보다 작은 플라스틱 용기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 본체부는 벽 두께를 가지고, 상기 베이스는 벽 두께를 가지며, 상기 본체부의 벽 두께는 상기 베이스의 벽 두께보다 적어도 15% 큰 플라스틱 용기.
- 진공 흡입을 수용하기에 적합화된 용기로서,상기 용기는 개구를 한정하는 주둥이를 갖는 상부;상기 상부와 협동하는 실질적으로 매끄러운 측벽; 및상기 측벽과 협동하는 베이스부를 구비하며,상기 베이스는 중앙 푸쉬업과 상기 중앙 푸쉬업 주위를 둘러싸는 반전 링을 가지고, 상기 중앙 푸쉬업과 상기 반전 링은 길이 방향 축을 따라 위로 이동가능하고, 상기 이동은 상기 용기내의 압력 변화에 반응하는 용기.
- 제 25항에 있어서,상기 반전 링은 약 0.008인치(0.203mm)와 약 0.025인치(0.635mm) 사이의 벽 두께를 가지는 용기.
