Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 입방정 질화붕소 소결체 (이하 CBN 소결체) 를 기재로 하여,상기 기재의 표면에 C, N 및 O 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소와 Ti 와 Al 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 주성분으로 한 화합물로 이루어지는 적어도 1층의 피복막을 두께 0.1μm 이상 1μm 미만으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피복막이, Ti 와 Al 의 질화물 또는 탄질화물로 이루어지고, 피복막의 X선 회절에 있어서의 (111)면의 회절 강도를 I(111), (200)면의 회절 강도를 I(200) 으로 하였을 때, 0≤I(200)/I(111)≤3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 피복막이 (Ti1 - XAlX)N, 0.3≤X≤0.6 으로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복막이 (Ti1 - XAlX)N, 0.3≤X≤0.45 로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복막을 구성하는 결정의 평균 입경이 50nm 이상 150nm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복막에 함유되는 Ti 의 일부를, Si, B 및 Ti 를 제외하는 주기율표 4a, 5a 및 6a족 천이 금속 원소 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 치환하고, 치환된 원소의 피복막 중의 함유량이 원자% 로 10% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료의 용도가 홈 형성 공구인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기재가 입방정 질화붕소 (CBN) 분말 30∼90체적% 와 잔부 결합재로 이루어지 는 소결체로서, 잔부 결합재가 주기율표 제4a, 5a 및 6a족 원소인 질화물, 탄화물, 붕화물, 산화물 및 이들의 고용체로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종과, 알루미늄 화합물과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피복막의 합계 막두께가 0.1μm 이상 0.5μm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료의 용도가, 담금질 강의 고정밀도 가공용 공구이고, 여기서 고정밀도 가공이란 이송량 0.08mm/rev 이하의 가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구용 표면피복 고경도 재료.
