Claims (22)
- 열가소성 재료로 이루어져 있고, 기본 시트의 적어도 하나의 면위에 많은 돌기(2, 2')를 가지며, 각각의 돌기는 증가된 막 두께를 형성하는, 미공성 시트(1) 형태의 제1층, 및 돌기(2, 2')를 가지는 상기 시트(1)의 면위에 위치하는 평면의 플리스 물질(7) 형태의 적어도 하나의 제2층을 포함하며,적어도 하나의 평면의 플리스 물질(7)은 많은 용접 이음부(8)에 의해 상기 시트(1)에 결합되어 있어, 평면의 플리스 물질(7)은 용접 이음부(8)의 영역내 적어도 기본 시트의 표면에 위치하여 스며들지 않음을 특징으로 하는, 납-산 축전지용 분리기를 형성하기 위한 분리기 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평면의 플리스 물질(7)은 용접 이음부(8)에 의해 막(1)의 적어도 몇몇의 돌기(2')에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 돌기(2, 2')는 수직으로 뻗어서 분리기 물질(6)의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 있는 리브(2, 2')임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수직으로 있는 리브(2, 2')는 분리기 물질(6)의 각각의 양쪽 가장자리 영역(5)에 리브(2')를 각각 포함하고, 용접 이음부(8)는 이들 양쪽 가장자리 리브(2')에 이어지는 용접 솔기(8)임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양쪽 측면의 리브(2')는 연속적인 리브이고 용접 솔기(8)는 연속적인 용접 솔기임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양쪽 측면의 리브(2')는 비연속적인 리브이고 용접 솔기(8)는 비연속적인 용접 솔기임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접 이음부(8)는 스폿 용접 이음부(spot-welded joint)임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미공성 시트(1)는 폴리올레핀으로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 적어도 300,000의 분자량, 정상 조건하에서 실질적으로 0인 융점 지수, 및 600 ml/g 이상의 점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 미공성 막(1)은 실리카 충전재를 가지는 폴리에틸렌으로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미공성 막(1)의 기공의 적어도 50%는 0.5㎛ 이하의 지름을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미공성 시트(1)는 돌기(2, 2') 없는 영역에서 0.1 내지 0.6 mm의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플리스 물질(7)은 실질적으로 유리 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플리스 물질(7)은 실질적으로 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제1항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플리스 물질(7)은 유리 섬유와 폴리에스테르 섬유의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 제16항에 있어서, 혼합물내 유리 섬유의 함량은 70 중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플리스 물질(7)은 0.1 내지 0.25mm의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분리기 물질.
- (a) 열가소성 재료로 만들어지고 기본 시트의 적어도 하나의 면위에 많은 돌기(2,2')(각각의 돌기는 증가된 시트 두께를 형성한다)를 가지는 미공성 시트(1)를 제공하는 단계,(b) 적어도 하나의 평면의 플리스 물질(7)을 제공하는 단계,(c) 돌기(2, 2')를 가지는 상기 시트(1)의 면위에 적어도 하나의 플리스 물질(7)를 위치시키는 단계, 및(d) 상기 적어도 하나의 평면의 플리스 물질(7)을 상기 시트(1)의 적어도 몇 개의 돌기(2')와 용접하므로써, 평면의 플리스 물질(7)이 용접 이음부(8)의 영역내 적어도 막 기본 시트의 표면에 위치하여 스며들지 않도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 납-산 축전지용 분리기를 형성하기 위한 분리기 물질(6)의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 초음파 용접에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 미공성 시트(1)의 적어도 몇 개의 돌기(2, 2')는 0.5 내지 0.6mm의 높이를 가지고 상기 용접은 이러한 돌기(2')를 가지고 이 루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플리스 물질(7)은 0.1 내지 0.25mm의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
