Claims (8)
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 형성된 유기막을 포함하며, 상기 유기막이 전자 수송 물질 및 청색 발광 물질을 포함하는 전자수송층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 물질의 함량은 전자 수송 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 30 내지 70 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 물질은 최대 흡수 파장이 400 내지 500nm 범위에 존재하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 물질은 최대 흡수 파장(λmax)범위가 400 내지 500nm 사이에 존재하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자수송층의 두께가 150 내지 400Å인 것을 특징으로하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 발광층을 포함하며, 발광층이외에 홀주입층,홀 수송층, 전자주입층, 홀블로킹층중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
