Claims (5)
- 기판과, 이 기판의 후면에 형성된 양극 전극과, 이 양극 전극 위에 형성된 유기 물질의 유기 발광층과, 상기 유기 발광층 위에 형성된 음극전극과, 상기 음극전극 위에 형성된 보호막을 포함하는 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 보호막 위 전면에 보호막을 거쳐 나온 빛이 난반사가 일어나는 실런트를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탑-에미션 방식의 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실런트는 이 실런트 내에 굴절률이 서로 다른 투명한 물질로 이루어진 구형의 입자가 들어가도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탑-에미션 방식의 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구형의 입자는 실리콘으로 이루어진 것이나, 광 투과도가 좋은 산화물, 질화물 등의 입자 중 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탑-에미션 방식의 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 다층구조의 보호막인 것을 특징으로 하는 탑-에미션 방식의 유기 EL 소자.
- 기판의 후면에 형성된 양극 전극과, 유기 발광층과, 음극 전극을 순차적으로 형성하는 단계;상기 음극 전극상에 유기물층을 산소나 수분으로부터 보호하기 위한 다층 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 다층 보호막 전면에 구형의 입자가 주입되어 서로 다른 굴절률을 이루는 실런트를 도포하는 단계;상기 실런트 위에 투명한 보호 캡을 부착하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탑-에미션 방식의 유기 EL 소자 제작 방법
