이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것은 일반적인 것이며,본 발명은 뚜껑을 적은 힘으로도 개방할 수 있도록 하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
(3)발명의 구성
이종물질이 수용된 뚜껑을 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 이종물질이 낙하되도록 구성된 것에 있어서,상기한 개방부(터치부)를 공간이 형성되게 2중으로 하여 개방시 힘이 적게 들도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
종래의 것은 개방부의 크기가 한계가 있어 많은 힘이 소요 되었으나,본 발명은 개방부를 공간이 형성되게 한 바,노약자나 어린아이들도 손쉽게 뚜껑을 열 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Description

이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 선행으로는 일반적인 것이 있었다.
종래의 것은 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 개방부 크기가 협소하여,개방시 많은 힘이 소요 되었다.
물론, 일반적인 것의 경우는, 뚜껑을 개방할시 그리 많은 힘이 소요되지 않으나,이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 경우 밀폐력을 유지하는 차원에서 설계된바,개방시 많은 힘이 소요된다.
일반적인 이종물질 수용용 뚜껑의 경우, 뚜껑을 개방하는 과정에 이종물질이 낙하되거나, 또는 뚜껑의 일부를 터치하는 과정에 이종물질이 낙하되도록 구성된 것이 사용되었다.
특히,뚜껑을 개방하는 과정에 수용부가 절취 개방되면서 이종물질이 낙하되도록 한 것의 경우는,많은 힘이 소요되었던 것이다.
본 발명은 전반적으로 거론된 이종물질 수용용 뚜껑에 있어서,뚜껑을 개방하는 과정에 힘이 적게 소요되도록 개방부를 2중으로 설계하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
용기(100)의 구부를 중심으로 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑(200)은 적어도 1피스 이상으로 구성된다.
이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑(200)의 일실시;
뚜껑(200)은 개방부(210)와 고정부(220)로 구성되고, 상기한 개방부(210)는 상면부(211)와 측면부(212)의 형상을 하는 것이 기본이다.
그리고 상기 상면부(211)의 저부로는 용기(100)의 구부에 결합이 가능한 결합부(213)가 형성되고,상기한 결합부(213)와 측면부(212)의 사이에는 임의 크기의 공간(214)이 형성된다.
또한 상기한 상면부(211)의 저부에는 이종물질을 저장할수 있는 저장공간(216)이 있는 저장관부(215)를 형성하고, 상기 저장공간(216)을 밀폐시키고, 대응되어 작동할수 있는 고정부(220)를 결합부(213)의 내부를 중심으로 결합시킨 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는, 개방부(210)를 개방하는 방향으로 돌리게 되면 고정부(220)로부터 개방부(210)가 일정 이격 되면서 저장공간(216)의 내용물이 낙하공간(217)을 통해 용기(100) 내부로 낙하 희석되게 구성되어 있다.
그리고 계속하여 개방하게 되면 개방부(210)의 일부 이상에 의해 고정부(220)가 용기(100)로부터 분리되도록 구성된다.
또한 개방부(210)는 공간(214)이 형성되어 있는 바,측면부(212)의 크기가 커 적은 힘으로도 개방부(210)를 작동시킬수 있는 것이다.
경우에 따라서는, 결합부(213)의 외부에 돌기 기둥을 적어도 2개 이상 두어 개방시 미끄러지지 않고 쉽게 뚜껑(200)을 개방시키는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 공간(214)의 외환부에 형성된 측면부(212)와 상면부(211)의 형태를 일반적으로 널리 알려져 소비자에 친숙한 캔의 형태로 구성하는 것도 가능하다.
이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑(200)의 다른 실시예;
도 2에서 보인 바와 같이,구조는 약간 차이가 있으나,결론은 뚜껑(200)을 쉽게 용기(100)로부터 개방시킬수 있도록 개방부(210)에 공간(214)을 형성한 특징이 있다.
종래의 것은 개방부의 크기가 한계가 있어 많은 힘이 소요 되었으나,본 발명은 개방부를 공간이 형성되게 한 바,노약자나 어린아이들도 손쉽게 뚜껑을 열 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내용물을 담고 있는 용기의 구부에 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑, 상기한 뚜껑의 일부 이상을 개방하거나 터치하는 과정에 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된 종래의 시스템에 있어서,
    상기한 뚜껑의 개방부나 터치부에 공간을 형성하여 외환부로 크기가 확장되어 개봉력을 향상시킨 특징이 있는 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조.
  2. 내용물을 담고 있는 용기의 구부에 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑, 상기한 뚜껑의 일부 이상을 개방하거나 터치하는 과정에 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된 종래의 시스템에 있어서,
    상기한 뚜껑의 개방부나 터치부의 본래 크기 보다 더 큰 외형부를 형성하여 개봉력을 향상시킨 특징이 있는 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 개방부나 터치부는 캔의 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 뚜껑의 구조.
