이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 선행은 일반적인 뚜껑 형태의 배출장치가 사용되었으며,본 발명은 상기한 것의 개량에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
(3)발명의 구성
일반적으로 사용되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 있어서,용기의 구부에 결합되어 있다가 임의 방향으로 회전시키는 과정에 저장공간의 내용물을 개방시키는 구조의 것에 있어,상기한 회전하는 힘이 적게 소요되도록 개방부의 크기가 본래의 크기 보다 더 크게 형성되도록 배출장치를 구성한다.

배출장치의 개방부 크기가 본래의 상태보다 더 크도록 공간을 두어 본체를 구성한 바,개방시 힘이 적게 소요되어 노약자나 어린아이들도 쉽게 사용할수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Description

이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는 일반적인 형태의 배출장치가 사용되었다.
용기의 구부를 중심으로 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 있어서,상기한 배출장치는 본체를 개방하는 과정 또는 터치하는 과정에 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 희석도록 구성된다.
그러나 배출장치의 외형의 크기가 용기의 구성이나 배출장치의 구성상 일정 이상은 외형의 크기를 확대 시킬수 없는 단점이 있었던 것이다.
물론 용기의 구부 크기를 크게하면 모든 문제가 해결되겠으나,이럴 경우,기존의 용기를 사용할수 없어 이는 바람직하지 못하다.
본 발명의 이상의 문제를 감안하여 기존의 용기를 수정하지 않고,용기의 구부에 대응되는 배출장치의 외형의 크기를 확대하여 개봉시 적은 힘으로도 배출장치를 작동시키도록 한 것이다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는, 이종물질을 저장하고 있는 저장공간을 개방시키기 위해서는 대다수가 많은 힘이 소요되나,배출장치의 특성상 일정 이상은 크게할 수 없어 노약자나 어린아이들은 사용하기가 난이한 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
본 발명은 상기한 폐단을 극복하기 위하여 배출장치의 일부를 이루는 주된 구성품인 본체를 본래의 크기 보다 크게하여 그 목적을 달성하고자 한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
내부에 내용물을 담고 있는 용기(100), 상기 용기(100)의 구부(101)를 중심으로 결합되는 내부에 이종물질을 수용하고 있는 배출장치(200)가 결합된다.
그리고 상기한 배출장치(200)는 용기(100)의 구부(101)를 중심으로 결합된후, 배출장치(200)를 개방하게 되면 저장관부(201)의 내부 저장공간(202)에 저장된 내용물이 용기(100) 내부로 낙하 희석되게 된다.
바람직하게는, 저장공간(202)을 막고 있던 부위가 제거되면서 이종물질이 낙하되는데,상기한 저장공간(202)은 별도의 수용부가 조립되어 구성되는 등 다양한 구조의 변경이 가능하며, 그 일예를 들면,도시된 바로, 본체(MB)가 상향되는 과정에 하방을 막고 있던 밀폐부(210)가 제거되도록 구성하는 것이 좋다.
그 방법은, 용기(100)의 구부(101) 하부에 걸림턱(102)을 형성하고,그 걸림턱(102)에 밀폐부(210)의 걸림테(211)가 걸려 분리될수 있는 정도이면 좋다.
그리고 본체(MB)는 구부(101)에 조립되는 결합부(203)를 중심으로 하여 외향으로 공간(204)을 두고 별도의 측면부(205)를 형성한다.
또한 상기한 측면부(205)는 그 디자인이 캔을 상상할수 있을 정도의 직접적인 형상으로 설계를 하는 것이 좋으며,측면부(205)는 도시한 것처럼 용기(100)와 대응되게 하는 것이 좋다.
배출장치의 개방부 크기가 본래의 상태보다 더 크도록 공간을 두어 본체를 구성한 바,개방시 힘이 적게 소요되어 노약자나 어린아이들도 쉽게 사용할수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부에 일정량의 내용물을 담고 있는 용기와,상기한 용기의 구부에 이종물질을 갖고 있는 배출장치가 결합되고,상기한 배출장치는 구부를 중심으로 결합된 본체를 개방하는 과정에 이종물질이 용기내부로 낙하 희석되도록 구성된 기술에 있어서,
    상기한 용기 구부를 중심으로 결합된 본체는 그 외측향으로 공간이 형성된 형태로 측면부가 넓게 형성되어 개봉시 힘이 적게 소요되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,공간을 두고 측면부가 넓게 형성된 상기 본체는 그 형상이 캔의 이미지를 주도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 구조.
