Claims (5)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 중합 모노머에 방향족 디카르복실산 및 선형 알킬렌글리콜 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공중합 성분을 첨가하여 공중합시켜 얻어진 가열 결정화온도(Tcc)가 140℃ 이상이고, 냉각 결정화온도(Tc)가 170℃ 이하인 폴리에스터 수지로부터 제조된 꼬임성이 우수한 폴리에스터 수지.
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 방향족 디카르복실산과 알킬렌글리콜로부터 제조된 폴리에스터 수지를 첨가하여 블렌딩시켜 얻어진 가열결정화온도(Tcc)가 140℃ 이상이고, 냉각결정화온도(Tc)가 170℃ 이하인 폴리에스터 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 방향족 디카르복실산은 나프탈렌디카르복실산 또는 이소프탈산인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 선형 알킬렌글리콜은 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜 및 테트라에틸렌글리콜 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 폴리에스터 수지를 용융·압출시키고, 종·횡 방향으로 각각 3 내지 5배 이축연신시키고, 열처리시켜 얻어진 결정화도가 30% 이하이며, 꼬임유지각도(θ)가 60°이하인 꼬임성이 우수한 폴리에스터 필름.여기서, 꼬임유지각도(θ)는 다음 식으로부터 얻어진 것임.θ= 2sin-1( F/ 2L )2L : 접힌 필름 길이(20mm), F: 접힌 필름 양 끝단 간의 거리
