Claims (23)
- 하나 이상의 소수성 중합체 및 하나 이상의 친수성 중합체로 구성되는, 예를 들어 혈액투석에 적합한 선택투과성 비대칭 중공 섬유 막으로서,중공 섬유 막의 외부 표면은 0.5 ㎛ 내지 3 ㎛ 범위의 소공을 보유하고, 외부 표면 상에 존재하는 상기 소공의 갯수는 mm2 당 10,000개 내지 150,000개의 범위, 바람직하게는 mm2 당 18,000개 내지 100,000개의 범위, 가장 바람직하게는 mm2 당 20,000개 내지 100,000개의 범위로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택투과성 비대칭 중공 섬유 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막은 소밀하기보다는 조밀한 층의 형태인 제1 내부 분리 층, 스펀지 구조의 형태인 제2 층, 핑거 구조의 형태인 제3 층, 및 제1항에 따른 외부 표면을 보유하는 스펀지 층의 형태인 제4 외부 층을 포함하는 4층 구조를 보유하는 것인 막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 막은 37℃에서 측정시 15 - 17 × 10-4 cm/sec인 우레아의 확산 투과성을 보유하는 것인 막.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 소수성 중합체는 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리아라미드(PAA), 폴리아릴에테르설폰(PAES), 폴리에테르설폰(PES), 폴리설폰(PSU), 폴리아릴설폰(PASU), 폴리카르보네이트(PC), 폴리에테르, 폴리우레탄(PUR), 폴리에테르이미드 및 상기 중합체들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택하고, 바람직하게는 폴리에테르설폰이거나, 또는 폴리아릴에테르설폰과 폴리아미드의 혼합물인 것인 막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 친수성 중합체는 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG), 폴리글리콜모노에스테르, 수용성 셀룰로즈계 유도체, 폴리소르베이트 및 폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌 옥사이드 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택하고, 바람직하게는 폴리비닐피롤리돈인 것인 막.
- (a) 하나 이상의 소수성 중합체 및 하나 이상의 친수성 중합체를 하나 이상의 용매 중에 용해시켜 중합체 용액을 형성시키는 단계,(b) 상기 형성된 중합체 용액을, 2개의 동심원 개방부를 지닌 노즐의 외부 링 슬릿을 통해 압출시키는 단계,(c) 노즐의 내부 개방부를 통해 중앙 유체를 압출시키는 단계, 이후(d) 상기 막을 세척하고, 바람직하게는 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 용매 상 반전 방사에 의해 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 막을 제조하는 방법으로서,외부 슬릿 개방부로부터 배출되는 중합체 용액은 침강하는 섬유의 외측 상에서 물 함량에 대하여 0.5 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 함량으로 용매를 포함하는 습한 증기/공기 혼합물에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 습한 증기/공기 혼합물 내의 용매 함량이 물 함량에 대하여 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 습한 증기/공기 혼합물 내의 용매 함량이 물 함량에 대하여 2 중량% 내지 3 중량%인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 습한 증기/공기 혼합물의 온도가 15℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 30℃ 이상이고, 75℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 60℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 습한 증기/공기 혼합물의 상대 습도가 60% 내지 100%인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 중합체 용액은 하나 이상의 소수성 중합체 10 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 하나 이상의 친수성 중합체 3 중량% 내지 11 중량%, 용매 66 중량% 내지 86 중량%, 및 적합한 첨가제 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 구성되는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 중합체 용액은 물, 글리세롤 또는 다른 알콜로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 응고 유체 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 것인 방법.

- 제8항 내지 제16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 유체는 n-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAC), 디메틸설폭사이드(DMSO), 디메틸포름아미드(DMF), 부티롤락톤 및 이들 용매의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙 유체는 물, 글리세롤 및 다른 알콜로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 침강 매질을 포함하는 것인 방법.
