Claims (9)
- 폴리에틸렌 수지 12.8∼64.9중량%, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지에 대한 비상용성의 열가소성 수지 0.1∼7.2중량% 및 용매 35∼80중량%를 용융혼련하여 A층을 형성하고, 상기 A층의 양면에 폴리에틸렌 수지 20∼65 중량% 및 용매 35∼80 중량%를 용융혼련하여 형성된 B층을 공압출로 적층하고 냉각시켜 B층/A층/B층 구조의 겔상 조성물을 성형하는 공정;상기 겔상 조성물을 이축연신하는 공정;추출공정; 및열처리공정;으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 공공율이 30∼90%이고, 제1의 용융온도 125∼145℃ 및 제2의 용융온도가 175∼235℃인 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 미다공막이 2∼30㎛의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A층이 1∼20㎛의 두께로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 B층이 1∼10㎛의 두께로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지가 중량평균분자량(Mw) 10만∼50만의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지가 중량평균분자량 10만∼30만의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 60∼80중량% 및 중량평균분자량 100만∼500만의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 20∼40중량%를 혼합해서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지가 1g/10min 이하의 용융지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지에 대한 비상용성의 열가소성 수지가 공중합 폴리에스터 또는 나일론 6에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 파라핀 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 이차전지용 적층 폴리에틸렌 격리막.
