Claims (16)
- 차량(2)의 타이어(4) 내의 압력을 포함한 타이어 상태를 감시하기 위한 시스템이며,차량의 각각의 타이어 내에 설치되어 타이어 상태에 관한 검출 데이터를 무선 송신하는, 타이어 내의 압력을 포함한 타이어 상태를 검출하기 위한 검출기(10)와,각각의 타이어(4) 주위에 설치되어, 타이어 상태의 검출을 개시하기 위한 개시 신호를 검출기로 무선 송신하기 위한 송신기(30)와,개시 신호를 송신기(30)로 보내고 검출 데이터를 검출기(10)로부터 수신하여, 검출된 타이어 상태를 차량의 운전자에게 통지하는 모니터(40)를 포함하는 감시 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 감시 시스템이 설치된 차량을 식별하는 차량 식별 코드를 포함하고,검출 데이터는 개시 신호 내에 포함된 차량 식별 코드가 검출기(10) 내에 기억된 차량 식별 코드와 일치할 때에만 송신되는 감시 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 각각의 위치를 취한 각각의 타이어(4) 내에 설치된 검출기(10)를 식별하는 검출기 식별 코드를 더 포함하고,검출 데이터는 개시 신호 내에 포함된 차량 식별 코드 및 검출기 식별 코드 모두가 검출기(10) 내에 기억된 차량 식별 코드 및 검출기 식별 코드와 일치할 때에만 검출기(10)로부터 송신되는 감시 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 감시 시스템은 검출기 식별 코드를 검출기로 순차적으로 송신함으로써 그리고 타이어 상태에 관한 검출 데이터가 검출기(10)로부터 송신되면 검출기 내에 기억된 검출기 식별 코드가 검출기로 송신된 검출기 식별 코드와 동일하다고 결정함으로써, 각각의 위치를 취한 각각의 타이어(4) 내에 설치된 각각의 검출기(10) 내에 기억된 검출기 식별 코드를 발견하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 감시 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 검출기는 개시 신호의 수신 시에 타이어 상태의 검출을 시작하고,타이어 상태의 검출은 타이어 상태에 관한 검출 데이터가 모니터(40)로 송신된 후에 종결되는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 송신기(30)로부터 검출기(10)로 송신되는 개시 신호는 장파장 대역 내의 저주파(LF) 신호이고,검출기(10)는 개시 신호를 정류하여 검출기(10)를 작동시키기 위한 전원 전압을 발생시키는 전원 회로(14)를 포함하고,검출기(10)는 전원 전압의 발생 시에 그의 작동을 시작하는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 모니터(40)는 모든 검출기(10)로부터 검출 데이터를 수신하는 단일 수신기(44)를 포함하는 감시 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 검출기(10)는 초단파(VHF) 대역 또는 극초단파(UHF) 대역 내의 무선 주파수(RF) 신호를 사용하여 검출 데이터를 송신하는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 송신기(31)는 검출기(10)로부터 송신된 검출 데이터를 수신하여 검출 데이터를 모니터(40)로 보내기 위한 수단(32, 36)을 포함하는 감시 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 검출기(10) 및 송신기(31)는 장파장 대역 내의 저주파(LF) 신호를 송신하고 수신하는 각각의 안테나(12, 32)를 포함하고,개시 신호는 송신기(31)로부터 검출기(10)로 송신되고, 검출 데이터는 검출기(10)로부터 송신기(31)로 송신되며, 이들은 모두 저주파(LF) 신호를 사용하고,검출기(10)는 개시 신호를 정류하여 전원 전압을 형성하는 전원 회로(14)를 포함하고, 검출기(10)는 전원 전압의 형성 시에 그의 작동을 시작하는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 검출기의 작동을 하나씩 개시하기 위해 검출기(10)로 순차적으로 보내지고, 검출 데이터는 모니터 내에서 데이터 혼동을 회피하기 위해 검출기(10)로부터 모니터(40)로 순차적으로 송신되는 감시 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 검출 데이터를 송신할 수 없는 검출기(10)로 다시 보내지는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 모든 검출기(10)로 동시에 보내지고, 검출기는 모니터(40) 내에서 데이터 혼동을 회피하기 위해 검출 데이터를 각각 상이한 시점에서 송신하도록 구성되는 감시 시스템.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 송신기(31)로부터 대응하는 검출기(10)로 동시에 송신되고, 검출 데이터는 검출기(10)로부터 대응하는 송신기(31)로 동시에 송신되는 감시 시스템.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 검출 데이터를 송신할 수 없는 검출기(10)로 다시 송신되는 감시 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 개시 신호는 각각의 위치를 취한 각각의 타이어(4) 내에 설치된 검출기를 식별하는 검출기 식별 코드를 포함하고,검출 데이터는 개시 신호 내에 포함된 검출기 식별 코드가 검출기(10) 내에 기억된 검출기 식별 코드와 일치할 때에만 검출기(10)로부터 송신되는 감시 시스템.
