Claims (20)
- a) 95% 이상의 NCO기가 블로킹제에 의해 블로킹된, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 NCO기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트, 및b) NCO기와 반응하는, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물을 포함하는 코팅제 조성물을 도포하고,코팅제 조성물을 경화시키는 것을 포함하는,식품 또는 기타 소모품과 직접 접촉하는 용기의 표면 영역의 적어도 일부의 내부를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이소시아누레이트 및/또는 이미노옥사디아진디온기를 함유한 폴리이소시아네이트가 성분(a)로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1,6-헥산 디이소시아네이트 및/또는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 및/또는 4,4′-디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실메탄에 기초한 폴리이소시아네이트가 성분(a)로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트에 기초한 폴리이소시아네이트가 성분(a)로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(a)에 존재하는 이소시아네이트기가 락탐, 옥심, 페놀, 알킬 히드록시벤조에이트, 피라졸 및/또는 2차 지방족 아민에 의해 블로킹되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(a)에 존재하는 이소시아네이트기가 ε-카프로락탐에 의해 블로킹되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(a)에 존재하는 이소시아네이트기가 100 미만의 분자량을 갖는 지방족 알콜에 의해 블로킹되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(b)에 존재하는 폴리히드록실 화합물이 0.5 내지 30 중량%의 OH기 함량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(b)에 존재하는 폴리히드록실 화합물이 400 내지 10,000의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(b)에 존재하는 폴리히드록실 화합물이 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅제가 100 내지 400 ℃의 온도에서 경화되는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 코팅제가 190 내지 230℃의 온도에서 경화되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅제 조성물이 유기 용매를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅제 조성물이 물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅제 조성물이 촉매를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅제 조성물이 가소제, 유동 조절제, 안료, 충전제 및 가교 반응을 촉진하기 위한 촉매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 보조 물질 및 첨가제 c)를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
- a) 95% 이상의 NCO기가 블로킹제에 의해 블로킹된, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 NCO기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,b) NCO기와 반응하는, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 히드록실기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물, 및c) 임의로 용매, 가소제, 유동 조절제, 안료, 충전제 및 가교 반응을 촉진하기 위한 촉매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 보조 물질 및 첨가제로 이루어진 코팅제 조성물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, a)에서 폴리이소시아네이트가 이소시아누레이트기를 함유한 폴리이소시아네이트, 이미노옥사디아진디온기를 함유한 폴리이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥산 디이소시아네이트에 기초한 폴리이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트에 기초한 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 4,4′-디이소시아네이토디시클로헥실메탄에 기초한 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것인 조성물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 성분(a)에 존재하는 이소시아네이트기가 락탐, 옥심, 페놀, 알킬 히드록시벤조에이트, 피라졸 및/또는 2차 지방족 아민에 의해 블로킹되는 조성물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, c)에서 용매가 물 또는 유기 용매를 포함하는 조성물.
