Claims (7)
- 연료전지(10)의 확산층(13, 16)을 박막형상의 시이트로 형성하는 것으로, 셀체결시에 상기 시이트에 시이트면 안쪽방향의 소정 인장력을 건 상태를 유지하여 셀(19)을 체결한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 확산층(13, 16)에는 세퍼레이터 유로(26, 27)와 직교하는 방향으로 인장력이 걸리는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 확산층(13, 16)에는 셀 외부의 프레임(29)에 의하여 인장력이 걸리는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 확산층(13, 16)은 인장력이 걸린 상태에서 세퍼레이터에 접착제로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인장력은, 셀 체결압에 대하여 상기 박막형상 시이트의, 세퍼레이터의 가스유로 대응부가 휘지 않을 정도의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 1항에 있어서,연료전지 운전조건에 따라 상기 인장력을 바꾼 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
- 제 6항에 있어서,저온으로부터의 기동시에는 상기 인장력을 작게 하고, 정상운전시에는 상기 인장력을 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지(10).
