Claims (4)
- 복수 개의 다듬질 연속 압연기가 스트립을 연속 압연하는 열간 압연 공정에서 판 꼬임을 검출 및 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은:I-1 번째 압연기(여기서, I는 2 이상이고 압연기 전체 개수 이하인 정수)에서 스트립이 빠지기 직전에 I 번째 압연기의 좌우 압연 하중편차량(A) 및 좌우 롤갭 편차량(B)을 검출하여 메모리에 기억하는 단계;I 번째 압연기에서 스트립이 빠질 때까지 일정한 주기로 I 번째 압연기의 좌우 압연 하중편차량(C) 및 좌우 롤갭 편차량(D)을 검출하는 단계;상기 검출된 현재의 좌우 압연 하중 편차량(C) 및 좌우 롤갭 편차량(D)과 최초 검출된 좌우 압연 하중 편차량(A) 및 좌우 롤갭 편차량(B)으로부터 압연 하중 편차(E=C-A) 및 압연 롤갭 편차(F=D-B)를 각각 계산하는 단계;상기 압연 하중 편차 및 압연 롤갭 편차로부터 두께 변동량 및 좌우 압연 두께 편차를 계산하는 단계; 및상기 압연 하중 편차 및 압연 롤갭 편차로부터 롤갭 레벨링 수정량을 계산하고, 상기 수정량에 따라 좌우 압연 두께 편차가 동일하게 유지되도록 롤갭을 제어함으로써 압연 조건이 항상 스트립이 빠지기 직전의 조건으로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연 공정에서의 판 꼬임 검출 및 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 좌우 압연 두께 편차의 최대값이 일정량 이상일 경우 I 번째 압연기에서 판 꼬임이 발생한 것으로 판정하는 열간 압연 공정에서의 판 꼬임 검출 및 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 좌우 압연 두께 편차의 최대값이 100㎛ 이상일 경우 I 번째 압연기에서 판 꼬임이 발생한 것으로 판정하는 열간 압연 공정에서의 판 꼬임 검출 및 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 롤갭 레벨 수정량은 다음의 수식:레벨 수정량 = 하중편차(E)/밀상수 + 롤갭 편차(F) - 전회 수정량에 의해 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연 공정에서의 판 꼬임 검출 및 제어 방법.
