Description
Claims (7)
- 광신호를 전기적신호로 변환하는 광전변환소자를 갖춘 광 검출기와;상기 광검출기가 장착되는 전자냉각소자와;상기 전자냉각소자에 내장되는 온도센서를; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광검출기는 상기 광전변화소자가 내장되는 헤드와 이를 지지하는 베이스 및 상기 광전변환소자에 전기적으로 연결되는 것으로 상기 베이스로부터 연장되는 복수의 리드를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 가지는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전자냉각소자는:상기 광 센서의 헤드가 위치하는 흡열측 제 1 플레이트와;상판의 저부에 소정 간격을 두고 마련되는 방열측 제 2 플레이트;상기 제 1 플레이트와 제 2 플레이트 사이에 다수 배열되는 전자냉각소자를; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 온도 센서는 상기 제 1 플레이트의 내면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 플레이트의 내면에는 상기 전자냉각소자가 전기적으로 연결되는 배선층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 온도 센서는 상기 배선층에 직접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 센서는 TO 캔 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전 신호검출기.
