도 1b는 도 1a의 냉동차량용 냉각장치의 구성을 나타낸 구성도;
도 2는 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 냉동차량용 냉각장치의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 블록구성도;
도 3은 도 2의 냉동차량용 냉각장치가 적용된 냉동차량을 나타낸 도면; 및
도 4와 도 5는 각각 도 2의 냉동차량용 냉각장치에 있어서 모노블록케이스의 구성을 나타낸 평단면도와 측단면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 차량의 엔진룸(ER)에 구비된 엔진(E)에 의해 구동되어 엔진(E)의 구동시 냉매를 압축하는 제1압축기(110);
차량의 냉동고 외부 전방 상측부에 설치되는 모노블록케이스(H) 내부의 제1공간(H1)에 위치되어 외부로부터 공급되는 동작전원에 의해 구동되는 스탠바이모터(M);
제1공간(H1)에 위치되어 스탠바이모터(M)에 의해 구동되어 제1압축기(110)와 교번 동작하면서 냉매를 압축하는 제2압축기(120);
제1공간(H1)에 위치되어 제1압축기(110)와 제2압축기(120)에 병렬로 연결되며 상기 제1압축기(110) 또는 제2압축기(120)에 의해 압축된 냉매를 응축하는 응축기(130);
제1공간(H1)에 위치되어 상기 응축기(130)를 강제 냉각시키는 응축기냉각팬(140);
모노블록케이스(H) 내부의 제1공간(H1)과 격벽에 의해 분리되는 제2공간(H2)에 위치되어 상기 응축기(130)에 의해 응축된 냉매 또는 제1압축기(110) 또는 제2압축기(120)로 유입되는 냉매를 열교환 시키는 열교환기(150);
제2공간(H2)에 위치되어 상기 열교환기(150)에 의해 열교환된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창밸브(160);
제2공간(H2)에 위치되어 상기 팽창밸브(160)에 의해 팽창된 냉매를 증발시키는 증발기(170); 및
제2공간(H2)에 위치되어 상기 증발기(170)의 냉기를 냉동고 내부에 강제로 송풍하는 증발기송풍팬(180)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동차량용 냉각장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1압축기(110)와 제2압축기(120)는,
각각 냉매유입관을 통해 증발기(170)에 연결되고 냉매유출관을 통해 응축기(130)에 연결되며,
상기 냉매유입관과 냉매유출관에는 각각 체크밸브(미부호)가 구비되어 냉매의 유입과 유출이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동차량용 냉각장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응축기(130)는,
상기 응축기냉각팬(140)을 통해 공냉방식으로 냉매를 냉각하여 응축한 후 리시버탱크(RT)에 냉매를 저장하고,
상기 리시버탱크(RT)의 단부에는 드라이어(DR)가 구비되어 열교환기(150)로 제공되는 냉매에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동차량용 냉각장치.
