Abstract
本发明提供的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,包括备电机组、机组底板和机组外罩,所述备电机组设置机组底板上,所述机组外罩覆盖住备电机组与机组底板连接;所述备电机组包括稳压电源箱、稳压电源和全电压缩机,所述稳压电源安装在稳压电源箱中,所述全电压缩机穿过稳压电源箱与稳压电源连接;本发明的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组安装在车厢顶部,与原有路用冷藏机组的冷凝器组成前后串列安装,具有结构简单,安装使用方便等优点,同时工作温度稳定,减少了元器件的故障率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏车组件技术领域,具体涉及一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组。
背景技术
目前,市场上的冷链运输制冷设备,从货品在仓储场地装载前的准备、装卸、运输整个过程中,制冷设备必须处于工作状态,以保证所装载的货品温度始终保持在要求范围内。而这种制冷装置工作运行的动力源均由车底盘所配置的发动机来驱动制冷压缩机和直流发电机,从而达到冷藏箱和货品的恒温要求。
因此,冷藏运输车辆无论在驻车预冷、货品装载、等待卸货等非运动状态,车用发动机必须自始至终处于工作运行中,加大了燃油的消耗,排放大量有害尾气,同时还伴有噪声,造成了环境的污染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为解决上述现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,安装在车厢顶部,与原有路用冷藏机组的冷凝器组成前后串列安装,具有结构简单,安装使用方便等优点,同时工作温度稳定,减少了元器件的故障率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,包括备电机组、机组底板、机组外罩和电器组件,所述备电机组设置机组底板上,所述机组外罩覆盖住备电机组与机组底板连接,所述电器组件安装在备电机组的电路板上;所述备电机组包括稳压电源箱、稳压电源和全电压缩机,所述稳压电源安装在稳压电源箱中,所述全电压缩机的吸气管路穿过稳压电源箱与原有回气管路连接;所述稳压电源箱用于冷却和密封稳压电源;
进一步地,所述稳压电源箱内设有三路冷却盘管,所述路冷却盘管分别设置在稳压电源的两侧以及底部,所述冷却盘管用于吸收稳压电源工作时所产生的热量;
进一步地,所述稳压电源箱内还设有冷却风机,所述冷却风机安装在稳压电源箱内侧,用于对稳压电源进行强制性散热降温;
进一步地,还包括电源箱盖和密封胶垫,所述电源箱盖安装在稳压电源箱上部,所述密封胶垫安装在电源箱盖和稳压电源箱之间;
进一步地,所述冷却盘管为外径8~12mm的铜管;
进一步地,所述稳压电源的规格为输入AC220V/50Hz,输出DC12V或DC24V的电源;
进一步地,所述电器组件包括电容和交流保险丝;
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,安装在车厢顶部,与原有路用冷藏机组的冷凝器组成前后串列安装,具有结构简单,安装使用方便等优点,同时工作温度稳定,减少了元器件的故障率。

具体实施方式
使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。需要指出的是,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2所示,一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,包括备电机组、机组底板6、机组外罩8和电器组件,所述备电机组设置机组地板6上,所述机组外罩8覆盖住备电机组与机组地板6连接,所述电器组件安装在备电机组的电路板上;所述备电机组包括稳压电源箱1、稳压电源2和全电压缩机4,所述稳压电源2安装在稳压电源箱1中,该电源箱1具有冷却和气密性功能、所述备电机组的控制由原有机组的控制器控制,所述全电压缩机4的吸气管路穿过稳压电源箱1与原有回气管路连接;
优选的,所述稳压电源箱1内设有路冷却盘管3,所述路冷却盘管3分别设置在稳压电源2的两侧以及底部,所述冷却盘管3用于吸收稳压电源工作时所产生的热量;
优选的,所述稳压电源箱1内还设有冷却风机5,所述冷却风机5安装在稳压电源箱内侧,用于对稳压电源进行强制性散热降温;
优选的,还包括电源箱盖7和密封胶垫9,所述电源箱盖7安装在稳压电源箱1上部,所述密封胶垫9安装在电源箱盖7和稳压电源箱1之间;
优选的,所述冷却盘管3为外径8~12mm的铜管;
优选的,所述稳压电源1的规格为输入AC220V/50Hz,输出DC12V或DC24V的电源;
优选的,所述电器组件包括电容和交流保险丝;
本实施例中,紧凑型顶置式冷藏车用备电机组与原有路用冷藏机组的冷凝器组成串列布置,共同安装在车厢顶部,这样原车无需进行过多的结构修改并且其冷藏厢内部的装货空间不受影响。当车辆处于驻车状态时,只要附近区域有标准的AC220V/50Hz交流电插座,接上的普通市电,机组即可运行工作,而车用发动机无需启动运行。当车辆完成预冷和装卸工作后,只要切断电源,冷藏机组即可恢复路用工作模式。
由于原有标准冷藏机组的冷凝风机、蒸发风机以及控制电路均为DC12V(或DC24V)供电,当冷藏车处于驻车状态时,车底盘发动机也处于停止运行状态时,需要有DC12V(或DC24V)的电源来为冷凝风机和蒸发风机以及控制电路供电,为此,备电机组配置了一套将AC220V/50Hz电源降压并整流为DC12V(或DC24V)的稳压电源。
该稳压电源在工作时,有热量产生。经计算及相关的试验,该热量约为100W/小时,由于备电机组安装位置在车顶部位,在夏季极端高温期间,由于环境温度高,稳压电源的散热效果就差,稳压电源中的电器元器件可靠性就下降,容易损坏。为了防止并解决这种潜在的影响机组正常工作的故障隐患,我们在设计时,将稳压电源放在一个具有冷却功能的密闭箱中。在该密闭箱内布置有若干路外直径为8~12毫米的冷却盘管,铜管内是流动的来自蒸发器的低温制冷剂气体。该冷却装置可为稳压电源提供125W/小时、管外温度约5℃的冷源,确保稳压电源的电器元件始终保持在正常的工作温度范围内,尽可能减少元器件的故障率。为了防止由于大温差使得空气中的水分形成凝露水并引起电器元件的损坏故障,必须先将密闭箱中空气抽尽并充注一定量的氮气,以满足密闭箱内的氮气作为对流介质来冷却稳压电源的电器元件。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,安装在车厢顶部,与原有路用冷藏机组的冷凝器组成前后串列安装,具有结构简单,安装使用方便等优点,同时工作温度稳定,减少了元器件的故障率。

Claims (7)
1.一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于,包括:包括备电机组、机组底板、机组外罩和电器组件,所述备电机组设置机组底板上,所述机组外罩覆盖住备电机组与机组底板连接,所述电器组件安装在备电机组的电路板上;所述备电机组包括稳压电源箱、稳压电源和全电压缩机,所述稳压电源安装在稳压电源箱中,所述全电压缩机的吸气管路穿过稳压电源箱与原有回气管路连接;所述稳压电源箱用于冷却和密封稳压电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:所述稳压电源箱内设有冷却盘管,所述冷却盘管分别设置在稳压电源的两侧以及底部,所述冷却盘管用于吸收稳压电源工作时所产生的热量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:所述稳压电源箱内还设有冷却风机,所述冷却风机安装在稳压电源箱内侧,用于对稳压电源进行强制性散热降温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:还包括电源箱盖和密封胶垫,所述电源箱盖安装在稳压电源箱上部,所述密封胶垫安装在电源箱盖和稳压电源箱之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:所述冷却盘管为外径8~12mm的铜管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:所述稳压电源的规格为输入AC220V/50Hz,输出DC12V或DC24V的电源。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型置顶式冷藏车用备电机组,其特征在于:所述电器组件包括电容和交流保险丝。
